Visted this car wash again on 4/30/16, this time the soap wand leaks at the swivel and the pink dye has ruined my shirt and shorts and including turning my hands pink. Furthermore the spot free rinse seemed to spray soap, so now my car is covered in water spots. The owners really need to do some maintenance on this car wash including making sure the functions work correctly.
I used the manual car wash on 5/23/15. The pressure wand leaked badly and soaked my feet. On top of that the triple foam did not work nor did the high-pressure wax. I usually come here every Saturday to wash but if they can't keep all the functions working I will start washing at home.
Do not go to this place. Such a rip off. The car wash obviously has never been repaired, one side doesn't work, left soap all on the side of my car and the dryer didn't work either! I went to inform the guy which I'm guessing is the owner, he laughed and told me that one of the dryers is pointing in the wrong direction but he was in the middle of playing with some kind of part and I could just drive 50 mph down the highway and it will do the same trick! No wonder there wasn't a single soul at the place! I guess I should of read the reviews before I went here!!
My husband and I drove into Beaufort late last night for the weekend, to visit our son. My husband took our car to the auto car wash this morning and encountered the owner. He was the most rude, irrate man. He witnessed his anger toward the person in front of him and then he directed it toward my husband. All while his young young son witnessed his horrible behavior. Welcome to Beaufort, right? So happy that from many other experiences we know better!
If this is how you treat people in good Ole Beaufort... you won't ever get my business... this is from my cousin who lives in Otway....
To the very rude owner (I believe).. or rude employee...at Taylors Quick lube today I really did not appreciate the rude and unnecessary behavior you displayed in front of my stepdad, daughters and myself. We went in for an inspection and I am sorry if we either messed up your lunch or day. But you really need to learn how to not show how pissed off you are in front of your customers. Slinging an empty box across the garage when you found out you couldn't leave ( I assume you were the only one there certified to do inspections)and we would have gladly went somewhere else if you had told us you were too busy. He also burned my tires when got in her from being so mad. He also come in after the inspection mumbling under his breathe about how he didnt want to do inspections all darn day. I heard every word you mumbled and you will not believe how much of me it took to not say a word to you since I had my 3 yr old and 7 month old with me. I have never had someone act like that towards or in front of me ever. I also got home and noticed you ripped one of my pictures of Mia I had that was covering my dials I forgot to move. I am sure you don't care but I will no longer be going there for any of your services.
Get all my oil changes here always easy to to deal with and get in and out. Now the offer a full array of auto service so check them out.
My friends truck had broke down while she was washing it and the owner helped her push it off to the side and i showed up to help her and the owner was really nice the whole time we were there which ended up being a couple hours he kept coming out and checking on us and he told us if we wanted to go inside and cool off or use the restroom that the door was open he will alway have my business this is also where i have always gone for my oil changes and to wash my vehicle amd i will continue to come back
Just took my car through the car wash here. My car is just as dirty as before if not worse. Absolutely ridiculous, I wish I could add a picture.
Chuck, the owner, is the ONLY person that does my oil changes! Fantastic business, works fast and prices for all services are great!
