The driver came to pick me up and told me he would need the exact change, I told him that was fine.. This guy than ask me to pay him first before he drop me home as if I didn't have the money to pay him... Very disrespectful, I'm not sure if he did that because I'm black but that was very rude, I would never use them again
Terrible service. Sneaky picking up more riders taking longer causing me to miss the train. Not giving them any more money
Garbage company!! Late even tho a I called ahead of time to request a taxi at 11am. Explained to them I had a train to catch and still never showed!!
The worst!! I doubt this is a legal company! I will definitely be reporting them to the better Business Bureau!
These people are absolute toxicity. Rude and disrespectful.
They also seem to NEVER have any cars available to dispatch to your location, probably because they're extremely lazy.
This service is absolutely worthless.
If I could give this place no stars. This cab stand is not dependable. I called a cab at 5:30 the dispatch said 5 minutes. I was at the door. At 6:00am no cab. My train I needed to get was at 6:53, when I called back she said I should have called earlier then hung up the phone. I tried calling back no answer. This isn’t professional and from a customer stand point. This isn’t the way you should treat customers. My car is down and I will never take you guys again. You just lost a customer. Nasty and disrespectful lady. (B****)........
HORRIBLE!! trash company. i called a taxi at 9:00 and this guy came at 10 i was extremely mad and they still made me pay. never calling them again. they take the longest possible ways so you have to pay more which is stupid. i dont even why there company is still a thing.
If I could give zero stars I would. Their service sucks and is very unprofessional. They will have you waiting over 20 minutes even when you call in advance.
