They give you a different price for the same exact ride you take on a daily basis. The dispatcher will give you one price, and the drivers will add their own amount. They used to be cheaper and faster than the other local taxis. Now they're more expensive and just like every other car service. And don't waste your time trying to talk to the dispatcher. He's extremely rude and unprofessional. If I could give them zero stars I would.
Great prices and didn't wait more than 10 minutes.
Just relocated when car broke down. Called those company and they were at my apt in 5 minutes. clean.....friendly......affordable......accommodating and now this is our number 1 way to get around. My daughter loves it!!! BTW a few extra dollars for a tip takes you a long way with these hard working gentlemen!

Called to set up service Monday through Friday, for transportation to a job. I was given an attitude, after asking to be picked up at 3:30 AM M-F, and he said, that “I open at 5:00 in the morning.” I tried to inform him, that Google, has him hosted as a 24 hour business, that is when he got nasty. He had a heavy foreign accent. This is what I got, bc I tried to let him know, that Google was wrong, so he could change it. “I say I Noa open until five o clock in the morning. I no cana helpa you.”
If I could give no stars I would The guy that picks up the phone is rude and don’t speak to much English I told him where to meet me as I’m talking he hangs up multiple times I called back he said call other cab I’m busy I’m like u made me wait just to tell me that anyone that reads this don’t call them they are very very bad
