I was having one of those bad days where the car breaks down and everything goes wrong. Sue was my driver and she picked me up at the car shop and gave me a ride home. She was so kind and elevated my spirits and made my day much better! I will be calling again for a ride and thanks for your hospitality. She was wonderful!

The driver was very nice. We were unfamiliar with the area and had him take us to the wrong place by accident called him as he was pulling out of the parking lot and he said he would be right back and had to go get another fare real quick which he did come right back but charged us full price to go another mile down the road. It’s was Valentine’s Day and the coast was dead we only went a mile down the road from our hotel and it costed us $36 . $18 both times, would have been nice to of got a break since we called him before he was even out of the parking lot. Other than that he was totally cool.

The drivers always show up late and they are insufferable to be around, not to mention the fares are 2 to 3 times more than uber. I'd rather walk in the pouring rain than take this cab and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but every driver acts the same

Driver never said Hi after we said hi. Never said a word till we got to destination and we asked if it was $15 as posted but he said no it was $18. Weaving in and out of traffic, I must say he was quick. Had to slam on brakes only once to avoid rear end collision,. If you love excitement and don't like a chatty driver, this is the company to call. Sure miss Bob who used to drive for them. A safe drive, a nice guy, a pleasant experience. Those days are gone.

Taxi 101 provided excellent service to me just two days ago. I had an unfortunate situation with a lady from Beaverton whom had a rabbit in jacket (AMBER WILL SON) & was attempting to make me feel sorry for her on a very cold & rainy evening about a year ago. Another hint: Amber met a local guy name JuST Tin & their mission was made known to me & perhaps others such as Cody Alan in Nashville & all of the Country Music artists! She was most likely a part of the Mormon/Mason Milita types or one of the people whom they control & she wanted to move here & she was most likely set up. So it was one of those situations in which she racked up some amount of debt with Taxi 101 & expected me to rescue her. So Taxi 101 may have had some issues with me because of her & it wasn't entirely clear to Taxi 101 what was going on. So it may have taken an inside call from Ace Hardware in the Taft District in which to raise Bob - whom is an excellent Taxi driver and very responsive! They are very busy and very efficient, especially with kind-hearted tourists!

Taxi 101, where you wait almost 2 hours for a ride and they charge 14. We need a better taxi here in this town. DONT USE THEM.

I called another company first and no one answered. I ended up not needing a taxi but person was friendly, willing to help, and even offered a reduced fair because I had a flat and couldn’t get road side assistance.
