I always enjoy coming to eat from this food truck. I have came here multiple times. I have found that the birria burrito to be my favorite. I highly recommend this burrito if you want something that will surely satisfy your cravings. The parking lot is private so there is always parking, and an area to eat your food. I recommend leaving out the rear entrance only because Wilson Way is dangerous from all the traffic.
I ordered a Quesabirra, it comes with Consumé to use as dipping stock, along with grilled onions, grilled jalapeño, radishes, cucumbers, and limes. It was my first time trying this and it was delicious, very flavorful. I will definitely return and will be trying everything on the menu over time! Thank you for answering all of my questions about your food, I appreciated the help. Also the food is fresh, slight expected wait time as they will begin to make it only after you order it!
Exceedingly delicious and scrumptious, yummy Birria burrito. PLENTY of shredded beef! (I was even so pleased that I was eating this meal, that I did not notice it was not carne asada). Lots of cucumber and radishes.
I had left them a message en Español 15 minutes prior--- but I was not phoned back.
(I take it they are always that busy!)

Great birria quesatacos! Pretty big portions. 2 quesatacos should be enough for one person. Apparently I need to go back for the Vampiro de Birria...
Literally bomb, the restaurant and the taqueria ???????????????? the burritos, tacos, asada fries, quesadillas all so good. The supreme burritos and quesadillas are my favorite the way they melt the cheese this is the best taco truck I’ve been to in Stockton hands down!! It’s a little pricey but you get your moneys worth:))
Absolutely phenomenal! The pizza de birria is outstanding!
