The owners were so welcoming and were very professional. We came with about 5 people and 3 got piercings. I am definitely going back for my tattoo soon. They are so nice and laid back.
Called to ask about a few piercing prices. Extremely rude. Did not want to help. Started cussing and bitching that he’s not the piercer and I can just come in if I want the prices. I’m not driving to ask a few simple questions, that’s why you have a phone. Called the people at Wolf’s Fine Line Tattoo and they answered every question politely and they got my money.
I have several tattoos, which were done by another artist at another shop. I always said I would never get work done here, but two of my close friends just said I was getting bad information... turns out I wasn't. I went with my fiance and decided to finally let Charles do my ENGAGEMENT RING tattoo... HUGE MISTAKE!!! I brought in the design, which was simple, not too much detail, but perfect for what I was wanting. I didn't think there was any way he could mess it up, and I was so very wrong! It turned out NOTHING like the design I brought in, and I was so upset... this was my ENGAGEMENT RING, forever to be tattooed on my finger!! It turned out so badly that Charles told me to give it some time to heal and he would fix it at no charge, but I never went back, there was no way I was going to let him try and fix it, I would rather pay another artist full price just to try and fix up the mess of a tattoo I ended up getting from Charles!!
Not only that, but my fiance also brought in a design as well, and Charles said he could "probably do it", but wanted to charge him over $300 for it, and we had already gotten quotes from other shops, the highest being $150. My fiance ended up going next door to Boundless, where they not only did it for $150, but they didn't "try" to do the design he brought in, the artist did it PERFECTLY!! They wanted $25 more than Charles to do my ring tattoo, and I wish I would have just paid the higher amount at Boundless, because I would have walked out of there with the engagement ring tattoo that I wanted, not the mess I have now that I have to get fixed!! I should have stuck with my gut, which was that I should NEVER go to Charles to get work done.
I will NEVER return, nor would I EVER recommend Tattoo Warehouse to ANYONE. I wouldn't return even if he offered to do anything I want for free, that is literally how low my opinion of his work is. The first picture is the design I brought in, and I wanted everything exactly like the picture, except for the little star thing on top of the diamond, I didn't want that on my ring... you will see from the picture of my finger that what I ended up getting isn't even close, he didn't even attempt to put ANY color in either, and for the price I paid, my tattoo SHOULD have been dead on. So very disappointed, especially given the fact that I got my tattoo from Charles himself.

Terrible customer service. Made the appointment a week prior, called the day before to verify, showed up, on time, which they didn't. We were told that the artist already had an all day tattoo and couldn't do ours. Didn't try to fix the issue. We drove an hour for this confirmed appointment. We found a different shop, super service, amazing artists. Will never go to The Warehouse again! The plus side to this was we found a new shop to go to from now on.
Jeff was cool and professional. Lines are good. He has a good hand. I will go here to get some other tattoos touched up.
My piercer was very rude and had an extremely off putting vibe to him. I’ve been here with my step mom to get her ear cartilage pierced before and it never healed right so she had to take it out. They do not let you pick the jewelry And piercings seem like a chore to them. Recently got my Medusa pierced there. Not only did he have to pierce it TWICE but he also pierced it incorrectly. No knowledge whatsoever it seems like. I was forced to go to the constable tattoo parlor (a much better place to get your tattoos and piercings) and their piercer explained how it was pierced incorrectly. Cheap jewelry too. I had to take it out and I have to get it redone somewhere else. Absolutely hate this place.
If I could give them zero stars I would. The place is as shady on the inside as it looks on the outside. I went for a helix piercing and the piercer didn't mark or prep my ear at all. He pierced me extremely crooked and this caused the piercing to develop a terrible infection. The same thing happened to the friend who got a piercing with me that day. Both of us got crooked piercings! Definitely not coming back here again
