Love this shop. Todd is a genuine dude. Glad I stopped in.
This review is regarding one of your employees or what is posted to her Facebook page. Jade achenbach. I commented that it wasn't nice or humorous to brag about something like that when Jade uploaded a tiktok about her latest DUI, boasting about the entire situation and her determination to "not get caught." As someone who has lost several family members to drunk driving, this was certainly upsetting. Then, in response, she said, "I don't care ????." This is shocking, even if you know it's immoral to show zero empathy for endangering her life and the lives of many others. Is this someone you want representing your company? Someone who could be so naive as to give a damn about her repulsive actions? This is something that needs attention brought to.
I went to Todd around 5 years ago, and he was so AWESOME that I've never gone anywhere else!!!! He takes extreme pride in the work he does. If he knows that it won't look good later, he guides you in the right direction, to make sure that it's something you'll like forever. I just went for my 6th tat from him, and I absolutely love them all! My experiences are always good and we always have a blast while I am there! I would highly recommend going to see him! I send all of my friends his way!
Todd & Joe do incredible tats!!! They did exactly what my son and I wanted! Thank you for making my sons first tat and his 18th Birthday so amazing! Music was badass too!! ????????Forever customers!!
First, WE GIVE REESE 4+ STARS~THE SHOP & OWNER TODD GETS 1 STAR!! If you get Reese to do your tat/piercing, you'll be pleased as punch!!! He takes his time but the results are magnificent!! However, the owner Todd seems to not give two s%*ts about that shop anymore!! He doesn't keep it even remotely clean outside, in the lobby or the bathroom. Not too good in the work area & who knows what the back looks like?? Todd's work is even worse & he supposedly has 25+ yrs "in the business". He seems a nice guy but just doesn't really want to be invested in the shop... even so, his work SHOULD be as good or better than his employees, but Reese blows him out of the water. Pretty iffy establishment, but again, 4+ STARS FOR REESE!!!!
Great customer service! I went to Chelsea Leal to try to get my septum redone after it being messed up at another shop. Although my nose was so scarred the jewelry wouldn’t go through, she was happy to pierce my ear. She was so nice and knew what she was doing, fantastic piercer!
Todd always does amazing work! Easy to talk to and I love everything!
Todd rocks! I'm in love with the tattoo he did for me plan to have all my other tats done there too!!!
