This is truly great and amazing smoked meat. Very prompt service for your order. You can drive or park and walk to another sheltered window. There’s some sobered seating,
BEST baked beans I've ever had! We ordered a large and small BBQ sandwich with sides of beans. The small sandwich is full size and stuffed with pulled pork with the perfect amount of sauce. ALWAYS trust 'side of the road' BBQ. As soon as she opened the window we could smell how good it was going to be. We should've bought a sauce to go.
Terrible experience. I'm never one to complain however was treated so disrespectful today. As a small business owner and customer this was extremely unacceptable. You never treat your customers rudely!!! I went to the window to place my order and the Owner opened the window, pointed and grunted at a sign they had made up about NOT RINGING THE BELL IF THERES A CUSTOMER AHEAD OF YOU, WAITING ON THEIR ORDER. Yes there were 3 cars in the line for drive through and 1 in her car actually eating so how was I to know, so I rang the bell. The OWNER THEN SLAMMED THE WINDOW DOWN IN MY FACE AND WALKED AWAY.
If you hate your business this much maybe it's time you move on. And you wouldn't have this business if it were not for your customers. You can delete this review if you'd like however "word of mouth" is the best, or in this case worse form of advertisement. I do know so many ppl here in Scottsboro that patronize your business, however I'm more than sure we will give this a second thought. if this happened to me, I'm sure it's not the first time.
The first time I thought the guy was having a bad day, after a few more times I think he has a bad life. He is always in such a foul mood I dread going but the drive thru was convenient. They never have hamburgers but also keep them on the menu just so he can say "ain't got hamburgers" every time someone asks. Food is mediocre at best.
AMAZING BBQ- perfectly made just like we like;/sandwiches, sweet potato fries, onion rings. Delicious can’t wait to come back. Def just pull in and it’s way worth it.

Got to edit this. I'm sorry to say that after being a customer for years (I'm 60 and I was a child when Dad first carried me) I got the worst meal that I ever bought there. Worst of all I waited a half hour for a sandwich and fries.Took them home and we're awful! The bun was burned and the meat tasted terrible and, no pickles. And the fries tasted like the grease was a month old! Sadly, my last time ever to go there.
No potatoes ever. No hamburgers "in over a year". No BBQ sauce comes with the BBQ. Took his time before coming to window. Rude! Had to heat food up and I love two blocks away.
The guy who works there needs an attitude check & needs to be replaced ASAP. He doesn’t do his job, always claims they’re “out” of everything, never answers the phone, and always has the worst attitude. The girls who work there are very sweet! The food is great but not worth being treated that way.
