Today on the menu for me was curry goat and potato salad. It was good. Should have gott more pepper tho.
The young woman behind the counter is so pleasant and her accent is so sweet
the food is always so good. It's one of my favorite places to grab a Veggie plate. I know the meat looks and smells good even though I'm a vegetarian. they have a lot of gluten free options. I wish I could still eat doubles because they look amazing.
Busy Caribbean bakery.. Almost everything I've tried here has been extremely tasty, and hot with great quality ingredients. This reminds me of Golden Palace on Nostrand Ave. Definitely give them a try.

I caught a cravinggggg for some doubles and this spot was the closest (and the one I saw first) while I was in the neighborhood. Got a couple of doubles from here (including a doubles with shrimp). I've had better but it wasn't bad.
However, after reading some of these reviews about old food being sold and people getting food poisoning I'm a little worried, lol.
I'll come back and update if anything happens but so far, I'm fine. Let's hope it stays that way.
I made an order on Uber Eats. They gave me an entire different order, they were very rude on the phone, and they didn't even care to fix the problem. Even while speaking to that person she put the phone down without at least saying "excuse me for a moment". I was like hello and not for hell she would pick up, she totally ignored my request. So I just hung up and called again, she answered again and had the nerve to say "next time put in the notes of what you ordered". Seriously? It would tell you what EXACTLY a person wants from the ticket that prints from the UberEats app. I swear these places just hire anybody any old way. They made a mistake and still like to treat people poorly. They are very childish and have no consideration for their customers. Shame on these people. No wonder they have a 3 star rating on Google, it should go lower. Never me again!
This is one of my favorite places to eat when I visit Brooklyn, NYC. It has some of the most traditional Trinidadian and Guyanese food on the Bush. Everything is prepared and seasoned very well.

This place is always packed, so prepare to wait a while. Also know what you want when you get up to the counter. Flatbush is a very busy place and other customers hate waiting behind and indecisive person.
My best friend took me there on a lunch date yesterday afternoon and the service I received from the lady with the tattoos was horrible. She was very rude and made my roti sloppy I felt like I was eating soup in a roti dough. My best friend his roti was made to perfection by another server, but mine was made by the lady who was cashing and I didn’t even enjoy it. And to top things off I got piece cabbage in my roti also I was so upset I couldn’t even take a picture. Despite the roti being delicious to taste, the horrible service from the rude server outweighed the taste of the roti and changed my mood about trying their doubles. I would never buy from that restaurant again.
