The food is okay I normally eat there because its close to work and they have a food for $6 and change and other places don't do this. The macroni salad is pretty good I normally get this side all the time. One time I got chicken soup and it was extremely watery and had only carrots chicken, and cassava i think it was in it (some soup) and it was spicy. Depending on what time you go the lines can be long..They need two cashier for the checkout because this takes forever and thats how its always so crowded.
Update: im not sure if its a new chef but the food is extremely salty. This is the second time i bought food recently and it was salty. First time it was a snapper dinner and 3.14 it was stew chicken with white rice.
On 3.22.24, I asked for drum sticks & the server intentionally gave me dry thighs. I wished I had checked the order before I left. Not every server is attentive & provides quality service. Not sure if I would visit again

Not fit for dining in. Only To-go. Service is quick and favorable. Definitely a choice to eat in Flatbush
The people are nice and the restaurant clean. However, the food has gotten progressively worse. It's bland. I go for the stew pork which is either way too spicy or bland and flavorless now. Also the curry chicken where you taste nothing but black pepper. Macaroni salad used to be good and flavorful now I don't want to waste my calories on it. This used to be really good place to get good Jamaican food. Don't know what happened.
$4.10 for this dryyyyyy chicken pattie..... They are ridiculous!!!! Never have I ever paid that much for a pattie especially in Flatbush, Bk. And it tasted just as horrible as it looks. Smh

I Ordered chicken soup large nothing in the soup but one potatoes and three pieces of carrots and a few corn and one dumplings. The chicken is disgusting very red which mean they did no clean the chicken. I am Caribbean and I know for a fact chicken soup is not made like that. So disappointed. They would not have my hard earn money again!!!
Do not eat here they have bugs in their food. ????????????
