Best WLM Reviews

I recently dined at Taste of India restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. To start, I ordered the Paneer Tikka, which was lackluster. The paneer had an overwhelming sour taste, and even the green pepper seemed off. Moving on to the main course, I opted for the butter chicken gravy with garlic naan. However, the chicken in the gravy was undercooked, which was a major letdown. The saving grace was the garlic naan, which was decent. I also tried their mango lassi, which was just okay. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. I was hoping for some comforting food after a long drive, but my expectations were not met.
We were on the way back to mountain view from Los Angeles along with my parents and they prefer Indian food. we were lucky to find this restaurant on the way and gas station near by too.
Food was really awesome we tried various items malai kofta shahi paneer panner masala Tandoori naan and other items included non vegetarian. All items were delicious and definitely worth try when you are passing this way. Small grocery store is also available inside.
Vegan (plant-based, dairy-free) options. Conveniently you can find small items that you might forgotten to pack on the road like Pepcid, toothbrushes, other personal care items, even alcohol and cooking stove and propane canisters!
Amazing place to eat! The people here are very endearing and homely.
The lighting is quite dark, and the doors creak very loudly.
However, It is indeed, a taste of India.
I recently dined at Taste of India restaurant, and unfortunately, I found the food quality to be subpar. The dry dishes had an excessive amount of oil, which affected the overall taste negatively. Improvement in cooking methods is needed for a more enjoyable dining experience.
We stopped here for Masala chai/Tea break. Tea was refreshing. They provide to go cups so you can pick up tea and drive. Restrooms are ok, need to be clean. Did not taste the food so not sure.
Very horrible place , not hygienic and food quality was bad. I ordered Dal Makhni and Aalo Gobi and they both have lots of cooking oil and Aalo Gobi was not fully cooked. Overall I was disappointed ???? ????
Food is flavorful and restaurant has a little section where you can buy snacks and other things. They need two people in the front though. One person is taking to go orders and dining orders and it takes a long time to even get a to go container. Servings are large so one order can probably feed two people. Naan is also really good.
