As a Cameroonian, I was so excited to taste Nigerian Jellof rice and it was so delicious. My family and I enjoyed our different meals, and the portions are really big to satisfy one????.
The only thing I did not appreciate was the service. When we got there , we were the second client. The waitress paid no attention to us she was busy in the kitchen.we literally had to serve our drinks ourselves from the fridge. Later she took our orders and served us with a really frowing face.I understand she was alone and it is stressful to manage a restaurant alone but a little smile / hospitality while serving us would have been good.
Great food and portion size so I will definitely go back there when in Antwerp.
Ordered goat meat pepper soup but got served with a soup bowl full of internal organs and very little Goat meat. Soup was also blank, tasted like ordinary stock!
The isi ewu had too much potash, making it taste too hard.
When we complained, the waiter said "that is how we serve it and people like it like that"! He later came to say sorry, but I will never go back there!
It was loud and rowdy, nothing for me!
Possibly good if you are from Nigeria or have visted this part of Africa. But other wise I have had tastier and more appetising african cuisine. The cafe itself is quite basic but OK.

The suya was great and keeps memories about my time in Nigeria awake. However, a Nigerian restaurant without Nigerian beer, well well well. On the other hand seeing that the whole dinning area is set up as you might know it from Naija is giving you a real feeling. When you visit the restaurant just pay attention to the pictures, cables, set of chairs ... for Naija lovers great.
It was my first time in this restaurant and the food was delicious! Traditional Nigerian food with a very special taste!
I will come back for sure!
Nice atmosphere, music,beans and plantains.
Perfect service. No long waiting here. Noisy when you're with other African customers, but you're used to it when you get to know them better. Food - price is in a good range. Plenty of choice too. Simple infrastructure, so you don't pay for that.
