We waited 1 hour for a paella. Or whole family of 5 adults and 3 children received their food before us. The services provided was terrible. We asked our waiter for a high chair and we ended up going to get it ourself after waiting for a while. Our waitress never came up to ask if we needed more water, napkins, condiments etc. being that the 18% Service charges already included. You would expect the service to be somewhat better instead we had to ask other employees there for simple things like napkins and ice. On top of that the taste of the food was not up to par.
If you're looking for a good Cuban Sandwhich then do not go here. Super disappointed. $18 for 1 slice of ham and melted cheese is not a Cuban Sandwich. Our cups were dirty and there were little crumbs of food floating in our drinks. The fries were cold and soft. Definitely not worth the money. Way better places to eat in Miami. 10/10 do not recommend ???? Giving our waitress 4 stars because she was nice.
The food looks better than the food tastes, so I am a bit disappointed with the taste of the food.
There is also a fixed 20% tip charged by the store.
Pia our server was fantastic and the rest of the staff were very professional. The special paella “estaba en su punto”, (it was to perfection), the octopus salad very tasty, the ambiance was alive and welcoming. The white sangria had a punch ! They ran out of Spanish Tortilla so we have to come back another time.
Amazing food. Delicious Cuba Libre (very generous on the rum). So happy we stopped in.
Our server let me practice my Spanish without laughing at me. ❤️
Located on Lincoln Rd Shopping Mall, next to Cabana closer to Jefferson Ave. They had me at 2X $15 Lime Margaritas for happy hour. We tried their Beef Paella for 2 @$40 and it was very satisfying. Generous portions. We ate out in the patio and it was very relaxing, we sure enjoyed their beautiful decorations. Shout out to our server Laurent who was extremely attentive and helpful with the menu. Overall we had a great experience here with food, drinks and service. We will definitely return.
Santiago was one of the best waiters we have ever had. My son is a picky eater and we asked them to make some yellow rice and chicken for him and they went above and beyond for us from start to finish. The nice girl that stands in the front was super nice, the manager and Santiago of course! Food was perfect and delicious! Don’t hesitate to try them out !!
Best place by far to eat in Miami Beach during my vacation time. Best Mom n Pops food. We visited and spend so much in food and here was the best experience. Shrimp tacos recommended. Server Lucas was a food Sever, a guide and a very professional person. We will see you soon again… before I leave back to Orlando
