I normally don’t leave reviews but this restaurant deserves 5 stars! This was my first time there and definitely won’t be my last. My experience and food was phenomenal! Even down to the coffee! The staff / waitress was so attentive, welcoming, and friendly. Thank you Taranova’s Restaurant for a great experience!
You go for the food, not the atmosphere! And the food is outstanding! Best meatball parmigiana sandwich I’ve ever had. Waitress was very friendly and introduced us to the delivery driver who confirmed she would deliver to our location. The next day we ordered a Northern Italian pizza for delivery. Oh my goodness!! I cannot say enough about this place, the employees, and of course the food. Oh wait. One more thing… the prices are amazingly reasonable, too.
Usually a great experience. Today I ordered a large pizza to be delivered. It got here and the cheese was everywhere but on the pizza. I called and let them know and they said they wanted the pizza back and would send a new one in 30 minutes. So my family had the choice to wait another half hour for dinner or eat the messed up pizza. We chose to eat theessed up pizza.
I heard good things about the food here so I went here on National Hoagie Day. I was shopping across the street at Neshaminy Mall. Big disappointment!! First let me say the young lady who waited on me provided excellent service. A little slow but she was alone and had several tables and booths to wait on. I ordered an Italian hoagie the roll was very fresh the meat n cheese were good however there were only 4 slices of meat n 2 slices of cheese and a mound of onions and white/yellow lettuce. In all honesty it probably was the skimpiest Hoagie I ever had since Subway first opened in this area back around 1980. I hope their other menu selections are much better than this.
Let me start by saying...walk in and the place is clean.

The calzone is to die for...I had the special (minus pepperoni), onion rings and honey buffalo wings.
The wings are to die for.
Tender and juicy, with just the right crisp on the outside.
A must go to.
Plenty of parking, restroom was clean and last , definitely not least....Service was wonderful.
I'm from Philly and I was visiting the DMV there.
Stopped here to eat and felt like I'd been coming here for years.

Pizza I haven't had pizza in a long time I usually go to Vince's ....I order broccoli tomato garlic....wow whatever anyway it was out of this world out of this world I ate three pieces... Thunderstorms I don't think we're going to see as many as we saw this morning temperature is today 82 in Philadelphia
I went with my wife on a Saturday night, place was clean and had an available table. I had a medium pizza with anchovies. It was very good. My wife ordered a salad the mixed greens were a bit beyond their prime and the large chicken cubes seemed to be boiled and not grilled. I would go again but stay away from salad.
Absolutely fantastic and you can't beat the price!
