Best WLM Reviews

Through town on a business trip, we found this restaurant. We ordered an Asada and a Chicken burrito. Quite honestly, I had better expectations of the place, since it’s a hole in the wall, which in my experience are usually the best spots. Don’t get me wrong, the food is decent but their salsas are not good at all. If they made better/tastier salsas, I would definitely give them a 5-Star review.
Pros:
The staff is friendly and they make the orders extremely fast. They have free chips and an open salsa bar, which is good.
Cons: Salsas are not the best and or tastiest and parking is very scarce, to say the least. Also, the restroom is not ADA accessible.
I knew it was going to be good when I saw the parking lot was full. The shrimp taco is killer. I wish I had ordered more than one. There's also self-serve chips and salsa that you can make exactly the way you want with a salsa bar and fresh chips.
Excellent food prepared efficiently. Awesome chips and salsa bar, free of charge with order. When busy, which is often, customers must stand amongst others who are seated and eating. The total seating accommodates about 40 people. The seating is divided about equally between indoor seating and a patio. The doors are often open, leaving it pretty cold inside. Despite this, it is obvious people love the food!
I've been coming for years. When I get an urge for good Mexican food this is my "go to". I love all things carnitas; my favs are tacos and burritos (serving sizes are definitely on the generous side) The menu has a good variety at a reasonable price. They have a complimentary self serve chips and salsa bar. It's a low key, no frills, paper plate kind of place. Glass bottles soda out of the cooler. The ONLY reason I don't give 4 stars is I don't want to rate too high for a low key, no frills restaurant... features soccer on the TV in Spanish. But, as long as you're good with quick friendly service and mediocre atmosphere, you won't be disappointed.
Sorry. I forgot to take pics. :/
Very generous portions with the fajitas. Also free chips bar which is rare these days. Staff was friendly..nice location. BUT.... The food itself was very very VERY bland. ???? It's so weird that in other areas outside of the bay are or LA the Mexican food lacks so much of that authentic taste. Maybe were just spoiled here in the Bay. But man. It's pretty much air.
This place is a great local shop. The food is always fresh, the soup is amazing, the Tacos are wonderful...
You definitely get what you pay for in this joint and its not disappointing. The food is great and the staff is fast and efficient. I call in an order an its usually ready for pickup in 10mins. Would highly recommend.
Really fresh and clean tasting food. The shrimp tacos are awesome and we loved the coctel de mariscos. The beans and rice were so perfectly lightly seasoned and perfectly al dente.
