It's a comfortable family Mexican restaurant. First time there, had tacos and taco salad. Although the taco salad looked small, it was packed with beans and carne asada and very tasty. Will definitely come back.
I drove far out of my way specifically to visit this hole-in-the-wall based on its glowing reviews — and I was not disappointed! Their menu is full of classic dishes that can’t go wrong. They are simple but hearty and filling. I tried out their burrito, enchilada, and tacos and they were all so delicious! The salsa tastes homemade and fresh. The best part is that the owner is so friendly and made me feel right at home. This place definitely has a welcoming and familial vibe. I would recommend Taqueria Yvette to anyone wanting to support a wonderful local Mexican restaurant.
The beef enchiladas with red sauce, rice, beans. The salsa and chips were all delicious. The lady who took my order was friendly and helpful for a first time customer.
I’ve been going to Yvette’s since I was 5 years old. I even worked for Rudy when I was 18. I’m 39 now and still go back and eat there every time I’m in Manteca. The food is always great. I love the rellanos and beans and rice and his Pepsi in the bottles from Mexico. Rudy is such a good man and business owner. I’m going to be very sad when the day comes and he has to close. I hope he give me his rellano sauce recipe some day.
Under new ownership butt maintaining the good quality of food and service this restaurant is still a favorite. Their hours are better than before, they don't close during the day
My family I went for dinner the food was great the kids menu was one of our favorites things since we have a little one . The customer service was fantastic
