Truckers, truckers, truckers Ok, so back in the Rumba Days on 9th Ave downtown. We used to park at the pilot, shower, (las mujeres c makiyaban como puerta d pulkeria) catch a taxi (now uber) para irse d Rumba a la rumba.
There is still room here to park and get some tortas and tacos. Everything here is good. So, on our second visit. We started talking to Mari Carmen (the owners daughter). Convo was so good that she burned the bread for the tortas (we took them to go) we noticed when we got to Lamar, CO for lunch. It was a bit salty too. Love telling the story to the owner. Nevertheless, they have come a long way.
I got asada, al pastor, cabeza n lengua. The cabeza was slightly salty. All other gad a good sason.
U can place orders through whatsapp (güasap) once they get to know u. U food will b ready once u arrived.
In a week I had two tortas and ordered tacos for 8 people. Everything was fantastic. Each torta easily feeds two. This little truck is worth driving across town for. It can take awhile to get your food because they cook many ingredients fresh only when the order comes in. The wait is worth it. Call ahead if you have a big order.
Some really great street tacos, second to none. Well worth checking out if you’re in the area
These ladies are amazing! They are smart and have put themselves right in the heart of Elite roofing so that they are feeding all of us hungry souls while we wait for materials!! Thank you for your wonderful food and service!

I would agree this might be the best Torta I have ever eaten in America. Torta pastor, the flavors and textures are amazing. Real attention to detail, perfectly grilled bread, saucy meats, good sauce. I didn’t even add salsa as the taste was perfect

I went on the Al Pastor Torta recommendation from a previous review and WOW.
Got it with everything, tomatoes, onion and avocado. No sauce added! It's seasoned perfectly, I got Red hot, Salsa Rojo sauce on the side and it paired perfectly.
Aguas frescas were incredible.
Got strawberry and Pineapple.
Don't mind waiting a few minutes for food this excellent
