The food here is the best around! Don’t be sleepin on Taqueria Olgys food truck. I’ve never had a bad meal from here. Today we got birria egg rolls, fries, and birria tacos. The food was even still hot when I made it home!!
Holy moly, how do they do it?! We have been trying every birria place in the greater Pensacola area and this is the best we have found. We had the quesabirria and the birria flautas with ramen. Incredible! The horchata was a great complement with lots of cinnamon. I wish I could eat here every day. Great little covered seating area and good tunes as well. Wonderful service, this place deserves a Michelin star!
Make this stop!! Extremely nice, helpful staff, and the food is freaking amazing!! Good portions and prices. Has my mouth watering all over again, just thinking about it! Going back for more and then and taking the whole fam???????????? (Don't mind the pictures being half gone, I couldn't wait to dig in)
Stopped for the birria so was a little disappointed when they said "no birria today". Nevertheless we stayed. Honestly, could've used more meat on the steak tacos but it seems a lot of places are cutting back on beef. The pastor, carnitas & chicken are very tasty (and plenty of meat). The service was quick with a great variety on their menu for very reasonable prices. Glad we decided to stay and for sure would recommend!!!

4 is my first impression. I need to try more menu items for sure and I will definitely be coming back to do that!
I was already miffed when their Birria pizza was more than the price on all of the menus. Listed as $22, paid $28. Then I see them cooking meat on the grill that looks like it’s about to go on our birria pizza. We get home & start eating it & it’s clear, this is NOT birria meat. It was in-fact what they cooked on the grill. Birria is a stew, cooked for HOURS. The meat basically falls apart. The stew is where the consome comes from. So we paid $28 on something that y’all just threw together & called “Birria pizza”. Unsuspecting customers might fall for it if they’ve never had Birria, but this is a HUGE rip off! The price is usually high for Birria due to how long it takes to cook & how much goes into it. We won’t be back.
Atmosphere, u walk on soft, rotten sheets of “wood”. Not good for folks w/ bad balance or joints. I almost fell 3x when the floor sank as I stepped on it. Not safe. I don’t even see the need for a floor… it’s in a parking lot & it’s rotted anyway.
I recently had the ramen birria. 10/10!! The California burrito is also out of this world.
