We found another hidden gem! Wow, authentic Mexican food, flavors were on point. We ordered the mixed fajitas, and what a treat. The chicken was jucy, the shrimp were cooked to perfection, and the steak didn't even need salt. I was delighted with the generous portions. The Jamaica/Hibiscus drink was excellent, not surgery at all. And to top it off, the service was superb. I felt like I was at home. I highly recommend you give this place a try.
1/31 - Food was actually good, surprisingly. I ordered the quesabirria grilled cheese. It actually hit the spot. Also got chips and guacamole but they didn't even give me chips. I also got a dried up lime, it looked good but had no juice. C'mon now! That's why it's a 3 for me.
Came here to get burritos, as it's the closest taqueria to my house. The burritos took a long time to make, and they only give you free chips if you pay by card. Took the food home and experienced one of the worst let downs I've had by a burrito. It was extremely bland, the salsa wasn't good, and the chips were terrible. I honestly don't know how this place gets rated so well when their food is so lackluster. I won't be returning here. The only thing I liked about the place was the painting on the walls.
Paid a lot of money for a Super Shrimp and also a Shredded beef burrito. When I got home they were both BLAND. No sour cream was added, no flavor. Not tasty AT ALL! I will NEVER buy there again. 17.50 for the Shrimp and 14.00 for the beef. RIDICULOUS
I recently visited Taqueria Morena and while the food was delicious, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff member who served my 12-year-old daughter, assuming she was alone, was quite rude and inattentive. It felt almost like a slight abuse of power, not knowing that I was watching through the glass divider. Such behavior is unacceptable and greatly undermines the dining experience. I hope the restaurant addresses this issue, as the seasoning of the food alone is not enough to compensate for poor service.
The food is always delicious n quick service is always pleasant I try to eat from this place every weekend.
Fajitas were hella good! Street tacos are sooo good….like butter! Meat is cooked perfectly! Everything has the right amount of flavor and is perfectly cooked! Go here! Prices are also reasonable!
The quesabirria special was delicious! I also enjoyed the jamaica drink.
