We were just driving through and saw this place grilling meat out front and decided to stop. Best decision! Some of the most delicious authentic Mexican food I've ever had! Such yummy sauces, incredibly tender meats and fresh fruit and veggies.
They had a mariachi band that was amazing, they sung right to your table. Excellent trumpet players especially. The band of the most spontaneous and enjoyable parts of our day, maybe week. We can't stop talking about how incredible our lunch was. The only down side is that it's so far from home. We hope to be able to enjoy their food and music again.
I love their tacos and there hot sauces are the best around and I have tried them all!
Tried quesabirria for the first time and it was mmm mmm awesome! Will have these again the next time I visit, thank you so much! A hidden gem right here!
The street tacos al pastor are amazing! I loved the pineapple in it. Ordered at their food truck in the parking lot and ate outside on a beautiful day.

Dollar El Pastor tacos. All of their street tacos are amazing. I do prefer the El Pastor particularly.They have an outdoor stand they run when the weather is nice. If not you can buy tacos out of the main building to go window.I highly recommend this place if you live anywhere near Collinsville, Fairview heights, Fairmont City or Caseyville.I'm originally from San Diego and these are some of the best street tacos I've ever had or at least that came close to back home. Seriously 10 out of 10
Tacos pastor has officially become my favorite type of mexican food. The fresh pineapple, cilantro, onion, and homemade salsas with lime makes for the best flavor profile you could imagine with that marinated pork shoulder. Plus they're only $1 each, beat that cause ya can't.
