Good Taqueria experience. The food is really filling and there a variety of salsa options from the complimentary salsa bar. One thing to be on the lookout for is rush hour. Every table was taken during lunch time from 12pm to 1pm by average workers. This is also a spot many high schoolers frequent from the neighboring school. The food is somewhat on the pricer side but worth it if you are looking for a good lunch place to catch up with a friend/acquaintance.
Flew in from Chicago today, even though we have basically unlimited taqueria's I was craving one of those west coast super burritos! Randomly found this place trying to kill time and wait out traffic. BEST BURRITO OF MY LIFE. Hit so good, got mine with the al pastor, will make this my new destination burrito for when I'm in the area. Already looking forward to the next time even though I'm still full AF.
If you order take out, rather than dining in you’ll receive a significant amount less of food. I paid $8 for this small portion of ceviche. When you eat at the restaurant, you get a whole pile of ceviche. The food is great, it just sucks you hardly get anything.
Love with Los Pericos! The food is not only great but also served in generous portions. The staff provides good service, making you feel right at home. Variety of sauces, chips, and refreshing fountain drinks. With several cozy dine-in seating options, it's perfect for gatherings. The flavors at Los Pericos are simply awesome, and I can't get enough of this wonderful Mexican restaurant.
The food was good but the meat was cold as if it was sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The service was quick.
This taqueria has been my go-to Mexican restaurant for several years now. It's a staple of a the area and the dining room as the vibe of a local diner. Very family-friendly and often quite busy. The line will often be out the door: the food is exceptional and the menu is as varied as you expect it to be--this taqueria does not limit itself, but manages to produce good food of many different types. The burritos are excellent, and the salsa bar has an exceptionally good green sauce that is well worth a try if you are into that sort of thing. The staff are very friendly, and to-go orders are easily arranged and prepared quite quickly.
I tried this place for the first time yesterday and enjoyed it. Food all looked and tasted fresh. I had the carnitas enchiladas plate. I thought everything was good (enchiladas, rice and beans) and had a savory element that was a little different than the norm. Couldn't put my finger on what it was, but who cares it was good and I'd have it again. The only thing that would have taken it to another level would have been frying the carnitas a bit. There were no crispy browned bits of meat that I love so much when having them in other places. Would have also loved a little spice to the dish (not that enchiladas are traditionally spicy, but for my taste would have loved a little jalapeño or something mixed in or on the side). But solid first experience, can't wait to be back to try more!
Came here for a quick bite near that was near Dublin High School. Ordered the chicken asado soft shell taco plate and the hard shell carne asada a la carte. Service was quick. Food was tasty. Lots of seating inside.
