Best WLM Reviews
Burrito was very wet (maybe from lots of beans ?) and ingredients were warm but not hot. Shrimp didn’t have much flavor, flavor I’d reliant on the salsas you add from salsa bar.
Has a long line so maybe we just a bad day. We did a normal super burrito with shrimp, everything it it. Also note super burrito is $18 pre tax and tip.
This is by far the best taqueria in Oakland. I’ve been going here for YEARS and it has never disappointed. I really don’t understand the negative reviews especially about pricing. Cost of labor and ingredients goes up every year…of course they will raise their prices ????.
Super burrito with the stewed chicken is what I order every time. Never fails to make me happy and full. So so so good. Could provide a little more crema and guacamole but nothing I can’t add at home to supplement. Salsa verde and roja comes free if you ask for extras. Staff is so nice and efficient.
We’ve been going to this spot for many years and we honestly compare all of our burritos to the ones we get from here. We say, “does it taste like the Montclair burrito spot?” Their shredded chicken is so tender and the burritos are huge. Still a family favorite.
Best taqueria in the village!
If you can't take down an entire 'super' burrito, you can always order the 'child size' with the same ingredients - it's one that I can usually finish 7 out of 10 times.
Carnitas and El pastor are delicious, red salsa can be super spicy!
I ordered a super wet burrito, what I got was simple and plain, and also cold. It took me 5 minutes to get home, so it did not have the time to get cold like that. While I was waiting there, another customer came back and complained about a missing portion of her order. Seems like they are not paying attention, but the prices there are high.
Excellent food with plenty of options, there is a few seats avaliable inside and outside but otherwise you have to carry out.
Food was really good!
Was about 14$ for a super wet burrito though so keep that in mind.
Generous servings, great salsa bar when it is out. Outdoor seating weather permitting. A small amount of seating inside.
I have been eating here since they opened. Excellent food fast service and friendly staff
