Food was okay. The hand made tortillas were good. However I didn’t like how on the menu they have one price but charge a different price. They should update their prices or honor the price the menu!
I went to order 2 taco dinners and a platillo de enchiladas they had changed all the prices without updating the menu. I tell the girl and she says prices changed so I say its not updated on the menu that I wanted a refund. They took super long to refund me and she only gave me back the exact money for the 2 taco orders not giving me back the taxes part I paid. Always had a great experience here but will no longer be coming here since they robbed me the taxes which was almost 6 dollars. They lost a loyal customer because their food was great. She also wouldn't give me the recipt so that I could have proof to post. Terrible customer service.
They have a menu with $2.60 a taco, ordered 10, and it came out to $42.50 dollars!!!! They should respect the price or change the menu
food tasted very plain like water my steak burrito was like water the beans taste like they came from a can my husband’s hamburger was not done the place was filthy it was unclean they stacked paper towels all over the countertop and there was mold growing on floor waitresses and waiters are young too busy hanging out behind the counter instead of cleaning and serving proper food I will not come here again I will give this place zero stars if I could
The food was excellent, perfect seasoning and good portions. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive to what our table needed. Gordas are a great size, fill a kid up with one and adults two. Great selection on the menu for vegetarians and pescatarians as well as meat-eaters. Highly recommend for authentic Mexican food.
ordered a taco dinner with only cilantro and received it with onions as well after clarifying several times I cannot eat onions. Also ordered a tamale that I did not receive. We got home after they closed so we can’t even go back to return the food.
Great place to eat, The quesadillas are very good. Like all good places it gets busy, but the staff was attentive when I eat there.
We tried the pumpkin flower and chicken milanesa quesadillas, the huaraches, and cactus and green chilly pork gorditas. Everything tastes delicious and was very filling.
Here for 89 years and you see why. Pastor spinning on the trompo quesadillas hechas a mano, lengua al vapor o parilla. Delicious caldos to warm you up and the service was excellent. 100% coming back here from someone who lives over in Joliet.
