This experience didn't stack up against my memories of eating at Jessy's.
They keep the chips in baskets on the counter; I think that's why they were stale. The beans and rice were fine, my chimichanga was okay. It wasn't an experience that makes me want to rush back.
The folks serving were fun and cheerful. I wish they would solve the stale chips problem.
Nice customer service. My order was prepared quickly. I got the chips and guacamole as well as the Birria tacos lunch with rice and beans. The red sauce was spicy and delicious! The green sauce was good too. It was all a bit pricey.
I have been a couple times here and food is delicious! They change the menu and the renovated the restaurant looks amazing!
Strange place , mexican food and ice cream shop. Took a bit to get any service but the food was good. The horchata was delicious.
Great food, great service. What more can you ask for? I recommend this place. Big menu, some good beers. And a store next door.
Another Triple D (diners, drive ins, and dives) disaster, this is the 27th triple D location I have been too they are all bad. You reviewers that call this authentic have never had authentic before. $5 for 1 super sad taco, the tortilla tasted like it was made last week, the meat was dry with 0 flavor, and it was small with hardly any filling. Next was the $14 burrito, the last place I spent $12 on a burrito. I could barely finish half and it was delicious. This was another sad burrito that began to un fold when I picked it up, very bland, and extremely greasy, I tasted more grease than anything else. Couldn't taste the beans and rice bc the server never brought any over. The tortilla again definitely did not taste fresh. So bad,
Don't let the hole in the wall look fool you! The food was amazing and the staff was really friendly. I ordered the flautas and they were delicious. They'll bring you red and green sauces. The red it really hot while the green is a lot milder. If you're in the area and want some good traditional Mexican food, give this place a try. Highly recommend!
Pretty good Mexican food for the area. I feel like there may be some better places though. Tacos were decent depending on which one you got. The complimentary chips and salsa dish is a nice touch when you first get there. Magarita is on point! Very good.
