Authentic, quick, and fairly priced. Great tacos, highly recommend the tacos al pastor. The cantaloupe juice is actually AMAZING and tastes just like freshly squeezed, vine ripened melons. If you don’t a grab a cup you’re missing out!
Hands down some of the best authentic Mexican food I've had since moving here from California. Definitely going back here on a regular and recommending to everyone I know. Gave me a taste of home that I was definitely missing!
Some of the best authentic Mexican food in CDA. The tacos, burritos and nachos have been exceptional EVERY time! The taco bar is beautiful and clean, plus they have beer. One of my favorite spots.
This place was terrible!!! Definitely not what you expect when your told they do street tacos. Yes they have a salsa bar but seriously they give you the tortilla and meat and nothing else. The meat was dry very little meat if you have ever had street tacos before. When I went to go to the salsa bar the lids didn’t even fit the containers so it’s not like we could even take salsa home. The free beans they have are definitely not sanitary. And it’s not even true street style rice and beans. The kids cheese quesadilla had so much cheese on it it was disgusting!!! And grilled veggies not sure what was up with that as I have never heard of grilled veggies on street tacos!!! The nachos well, they were basically movie theater nachos and nothing more. I was so excited to give this place a try and was truly disappointed. The only good thing about this place was the lady was nice. Safe to say save your money and do not go here!!!!
Love mexian food but was extremly disappointed with Taqueria El Taco Loca. Overpriced, too much cheese not fully melted, bland. Four of us ate and none of us finished our meal.
Positive: The salsa bar was super cool and the customer service was good.
Negative: product received, flavors, and overall cleanliness.
Will not be returning!
The carni asada fries are crazy good. The food was fast and tasty. It's our first visit but definitely not our last. The salsa bar is top notch. Even the guac is free.
Fitting that the word Loco is in the name of this Mexican "restaurant" because I'd have to be crazy to ever go back. First time trying this place and it was a terrible disappointment. They either don't know how to, or are too lazy to roll a burrito that remains intact. Got a carne asada torta that absolutely sucked with almost no carne asada on it, almost no mayo, and 2 small pieces of avacado on it and was cold. Got a pork belly burrito that was cold and tasted nothing like pork belly and also cold. Their "guacamole" is watered down, bland and gross. If I could give it no stars that would be more than deserved. I included a tip when paying for my "food" but I'll go ahead and give a tip to anyone wanting to try this place - DON'T.
Food was really delicious, staff was very friendly. Tacos are about $2.50 - $2.75 and you get meat that's not in any other Mexican restaurant around here. You can add the toppings you want, tacos come with sauteed onion and jalapeno. Burritos look to be almost the size of the paper plates they're served on.Great for family, they have three tv's and plenty of seating for what looks like a small place.
