Best WLM Reviews
"I had lunch at Rinconcito Mexican food. Shrimp cocktail and guacamole were good, but guacamole had too many onions loaded with onion. A bit pricey at $31 for these items."
My wife and I have been coming here for years. We love the place and the tacos are some of the best. The meat is always juicy and well cooked and we enjoy the atmosphere. Lately we have been ordering out and taking it home and normally that may make the tacos wet but these don’t get soft and wet like ‘that’.
More on the meats. They are well seasoned and consistent. The pork has a bit of an aggressive seasoning. The beef, it’s lighter. We had the tripe a few times and it’s soft, light and a bit like steak. It’s wonderful. I’d definitely recommend coming here, although the one bad thing is that because it’s a family run place, the price has gone up. A burrito was $9. It’s now $12. Tacos have gone up and they don’t include anything extra. In times like this, I understand. A burrito and two tacos cost $18.
Food was not tasty, it was burned and when I said something waiter (son of owner) said I should of said something before him leaving the plate….. Plate talks for itself.
Food was excellent. We took a gamble since we are from out of town. Don't let the front of the restaurant fool you. Service was great and we will definitely be back.
Good looking, friendly staff, nice clean, attractive place. Even the menu is attractive. The host looks like he doesn’t need to hire a bouncer. Music plays at a level so talk is possible. Two silent TV’s, one tuned to the game, the other to local news.
I ordered the Mojado, a wet burrito. My server explained it wasn’t very hot (spicey). It was not that but it was delicious. JoAnn went for the chicken burrito and liked it very much. They were big enough for another meal and will do so.
The review’s number of stars did not reflect the quality. In January to us northeners it was better than four stars with reasonable prices and we’ll be back. Oh yes, and the chips and cheese sauce were great too.
Delicious! I had the chorizo sandwich, which is something I never had before. It was fantastic. Full of flavor and a good portion size. My wife had a chicken burrito - which was huge- and she loved it, and had plenty leftover for two more lunches. Outside doesn’t look like much and inside isn’t fancy, but if you’re looking delicious food to eat- here you go. We’re going again tonight!
Try the pozole and it was great. Best one so far. Will recommended very much and service was good too..
WOW WOW WOW. Haven't had good authentic Mexican food since California! Ordered take-out and was blown away by surprise. Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself!
