I don't recommend the seafood here at all. I didn't finish the shrimp cocktail. The shrimp tasted rancid. The tilapia was too salty, and the fries were hard and cold. This place was a letdown given the high reviews. The prices were well above average as well wich made it worse.
I love the food here!! It's so fresh and delicious!! I always get the tacos and a side of rice; I love it!! I have tried taco trucks all over and constantly look forward to eating here again!! Thank you for being great!!
On our travels we like to find new and exciting places to eat. This is one that has been on our list for quite some time. Just never had the time to stop. Highly recommend it. good service, good food, and quick order time. Highly recommended to everyone coming through to stop and eat. This little taco bus is in Hayburn, Idaho off exit 211 across the street from the Love’s on Continental Drive.
First time trying this place and it won't be my last time. Great food and the portions are large. I ate 4 Tacos out of the Chicken Fajita Plate before I took the picture, and I had quite a bit left over. Loved the Shrimp Tacos as well. And the person that took my order deserves 5⭐ also, she greets you and she's very courteous.
The red salsa is fire! Beyond that nothing I had was special. The chicken had ok flavor but was practically chicken jerky I'll give it another chance if I'm there and I'm hungry but I'm not going out of my way or holding off on eating with this in mind as a destination.
Best food I’ve had in a long time. I got the hot Cheetos burrito, and it was absolutely delicious. My husband had the tilapia and he loved it. Amazing!???????? I wish I had pictures to share but we ate it so fast!

This place is not the same, we have tried it a few times in the past year & something just isn't right with it, we used to look forward to stopping here for the burrito but now they have gone down hill, it's a huge disappointment too. Maybe someday we'll stop again to try & it will be different but for now we just pass on by. ????
You will definitely want to add this to your favorites list! These Fries Burritos are HUGE & so damn DELICIOUS! Without a doubt make sure to get some of their red sauce to go with, you can also purchase containers of their red sauce & they are so worth it!
I love the quirky grounded bus converted to food truck it definitely piqued my interest, the wonderful woman who took my order was sweet and even made me feel good about trying my Spanish out. Along with the kind service the food was authentic and fresh, the cabeza quesadillas con queso were perfectly crispy. So much flavor and generous portions ???? I'm glad I was lucky enough to stop here for lunch
