Got a quesadilla, it was ok, but not much meat in there and many better options in town. Menu advertised $8 for the quesadilla, I got charged $11.
From a San Diegan, this is about as good as it gets, folks. Their gordita is the best I've ever had

Went there for tacos Saturday night. I got very sick. I was throwing up green and yellow until today(11/30/2022). And found hair in my food. Probably the grossest food truck I've eaten from in longmont. Never going there again. Wasn't wroth the 30 dollars.
I had the tacos al pastor and tripita. Both were awesome. The al pastor had a hint of the pineapple sweetness! The only thing I would change is the salsa. It was ok. Add a salsa guacamole.
By far the best tacos I've eaten since moving to Colorado 2 years ago. This is my favorite spot and the last making them is just the best.
