I don't just throw up those five stars for things willy-nilly I go to this place once or twice or three or more times a week for many years now I guess. What I think I appreciate most is the consistency the variety and flavor taste in preparation pretty much all you can ask for. It's a very small family-run place literally front to back and it's just my go to place for a quick grab to eat whether it's carry out or most of the time I eat in but there's only a few tables so literally three or four at this point but I'd love to see these guys succeed and do well and stay going and have things work out well for them so they definitely deserve it they're good people and great food I won't try to claim or confer authenticity except to say the red enchilada sauce is easily the best ever at any place that is not me throwing chili powder in at home.
My siblings and I love this place. The tacos and Gordita’s never disappoint! Always nicely prepared and the staff always so welcoming and humble. Thank you so much for the amazing food& spicy salsa ! I will continue coming here with my family ???????????? Great Authentic Taste ????
By far one of my favorite spots to grab a bite to eat. Authentic Mexican food and the service is great! The prices are fairly competitive, although I'm noticing the rise everywhere. Make sure you stop in for a Torta (Mexican Sandwich)! They're delicious! ????
I have ordered hard and soft shell tacos at a lot of different authentic Mexican restaurants,and they all have had a similar taste. This seemed to be a family restaurant with its own unique flavor. I ate in the parking lot????and enjoyed every bite. The restaurant was very clean, which showed me that there is a daily standard and procedure in place. I will be returning ????????
The food came out fast and was delicious! they have the best refried beans ive ever had in my life and the people at the counter were kind and helpful. Its small on the inside but thats how you know the food is gonna be good. the menu has pictures of all the dinner which i love and made ordering easy
I love this restaurant, I go here straight after school and get the Birria tacos and they are amazing, there is nothing I don’t like about this place, the people make jokes and talk to you like a friend unlike some restaurants, the colors in the building are nice and vibrant colors of the Mexican flag and overall very colorful. They have good drinks called Jarrito’s but also have other canned pop options. This is an overall very good restaurant and I definitely recommend going here!
Absolutely disgusting. I actually feel kind of bad writing a review like this but I don't want anybody else to go through what I went through. You spend $37 on food for your family you feel like you should be happy but I was anything but that. There was a thick layer of clear grease on the bottom of the taco container which I don't really understand. I guess they just don't drain the beef at all before they put it into the taco. Also the meat is seasoning is non existant. Just to make the food edible I had to scrape all of the taco meat out of the tacos put a seasoning packet in it and then make a taco salad. The birria was also not very flavorful. I was expecting authentic Mexican and I guess somebody's grandma forgot to pass on the recipes because this food was gross. The only reason why I stopped over here was because at a hair appointment nearby and I was just looking for something quick to grab on the way home and I'm really sorry I did. Luckily this is not in my neighborhood cause I will never order here again. ( This picture is not melted cheese this is grease that I was scraping out of the bottom of the container with a spoon)
I’m going to start with no food should ever be microwaved in a restaurant. I watched my 3 enchiladas that cost just under 13 dollars be microwaved twice. Gross. Considering they had one other order, you’d think they’d take the time. Cold in the middle and cheese hard and greasy on the outside. The rice has literally zero flavor other than tap water which I assume came from a dirty rice cooker. The beans again, no flavor other than way too much cheese. I will be going without Mexican food unless I can make it down to southwest for now on. This is the fourth time I’ve given them a chance and always disappointed. Prepare for that.
