PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! I called in and asked if i could move my bus to an earlier bus and I even indicated The time that I wanted to change it for the woman said i definitely could when I arrived at the bus station the receptionist who admitted she was not very good at speaking English said that there was no earlier buses and that I would have to wait until my bus time which was originally 10 o’clock it turned out that the bus wasn’t going to get there until 11 I wait until 11 and they said that the bus actually wouldn’t have gotten there until much later they didn’t even know what time we’re supposed to get there they just said they weren’t sure they tried to get me to get a refund and buy a bus ticket at the bus station across the street when I got back and decided to wait the bus didn’t arrive until around 4:00 PM I had waited For over eight hours at the bus station when they told me that it would arrive at 4 PM it actually didn’t arrive until an hour later when I got in the bus it smelled really terrible and there were people already on the bus there were bags of fast food stuffed in between the seats in the head rest were greasy as if someone had been there already the bus it was not clean whatsoever. IF YOU DONT SPEAK SPANISH DONT BOTHER even if you do save your money this company is unprofessional
My family and I personally love TAP because it doesn’t make as many stops as the other buses and it’s way faster. I know because we’ve only taken TAP for 8 years in a row to go to Mexico and back.
Actually the customer service representative is very very very bad. Never would visit that place anymore.That's definitely worst place of all Los Angeles

The receptionist is very rude,and raises her voice to all customers mostly with the elderly seniors.
