I found Tanglez a little over 3 years ago when I moved to the area. Mary was my stylist then and still is today. I love going there. It’s always a great atmosphere and experience.
do NOT get your eyebrows waxed here. they do top and bottom at the same time. my eyebrows at the bottom look too thin and there’s still too much hair at the top.
Unfortunately all I went in for was a simple trim from Nikki. Worst trim I ever got she did not even comb threw my hair part it make sure it was even on both sides. She literally comb threw the back cut an inch off her words told me it was all even and sprayed some water on so it wouldn’t be so frizzy again her words. I went home to see my hair is uneven and worst than when I came in there. Never Again.
Not Happy with how my daughter's hair was done. She asked for her hair to be done ombre and got what looked to me like high lights. My daughter started a new job and wanted to spend her money on getting her hair done and came home very disappointed. The girl doing her hair was sweet.
Dawn did a great job! She's a natural and works with confidence. I will be returning to her with my hair needs.
Needed a different style. Showed Nikki some styles I liked. She took her time and I love the styled my hair. While working I would get several compliments on the color and style. While shopping I was asked if they could take a picture of my hair style. Happy I tried Tanglez's.
Great atmosphere- wonderful hometown owner. Clean and relaxing.
Unfortunately, not a good experience. Gave a picture of what I wanted. Simple cut. Got a chopped cut up to the middle of my head. When I said something, the response: well, it will grow back. Rushed cut. No styling. And now I'm having a hard time getting it to lay correctly. Several others have told me how choppy it looks. So upset. Will never return. ????
