I’ve been seeing Lauren for years, and I cannot recommend her enough. She gave me the haircut of my DREAMS today, and she’s also an extremely lovely person. All of the staff are wonderful and clearly care about their work ❤️.

Rachel was super sweet from the phone conversation, scheduling, to meeting her at the salon. I had stylist Mandy and she was nothing short of amazing! She listened to exactly what I wanted and was great about sharing her professional opinion with me as she accepted quite a challenge on my thick hair. I would happily recommend this place and will be returning!
Lauren is great! She's always done an amazing job on cut and color. I would definitely recommend Lauren or Jenny as stylists.
I do NOT recommend Rachel. The only negative experience I've had at this salon was with Rachel. She didn't have a grasp on basic hair coloring techniques despite being a hairdresser for 20+ years. I ended up with McDonald's YELLOW hair. I was also left with dripping wet hair and told to just go sit under a hair-dryer (she didn't even bother to use a blow dryer on me). I was promptly forgotten about and kept waiting for Rachel to check up on me but after 20 minutes it was clear she wasn't going to. I went home and let my hair fully dry only to see what a truly awful job she had done.
Thankfully, Jenny the owner was amazing and fixed my hair the same day. However, I could have done without the extra time wasted and damage caused by processing my hair twice to fix Rachel's mistakes.
I took my daughter to Tangles a few months ago to get her first haircut and had a great experience. Lauren was our hairstylist and she did an absolute great job with my daughters hair! She put her locks of hair in a little bag along with a certificate for a nice little keepsake. It's a wonderful salon and would definitely recommend going here.
I can’t tell you how many stylists I’ve went to and asked for advice on reviving my curly hair. So many have just told me to try to add moisture back into it (trust me, I’ve tried). Beth was so friendly and gave me a wide variety of advice. She showed me a way to style my hair that helped bring out some of the curl that is still there. She also offered to do a perm and if I wanted highlights, offered to do them without bleach since I was worried about doing more damage to my curls. She was so friendly and helpful and the salon is a wonderful atmosphere!
Took my little here for his first haircut. They were very accommodating and patient since he was pretty nervous. They gave his a little certificate too. They also have a very kid/toddler friendly waiting area.
They were SO nice. My daughter and I just walked in and they took care of both of us. They did exactly what we wanted - and with me - they had to fix a previous bad haircut I'd gotten elsewhere. They have our business now! :)
