I have been going here for over 2 years and absolutely love it! Stephanie is a great stylist. Please know that I am VERY specific on how my hair is supposed to look. She gets it right every time. Such a wonderful salon.
Outstanding stylist. Does an amazing cut on naturally curly hair. Stephanie is also a very talented colorist. Plus, she uses organic color. Highly recommend Tangles for any hair service.

Katie is also amazing! She has cut my daughters hair the last two times we've gone in and she also has been very happy with her cut! I wouldn't trust anyone else but these wonderful ladies!
This was the 1st time I got my hair done and I highly recommend Carl. He is amazing! Very personable friendly and very talented. The salon itself was very clean and comfortable and my hair is gorgeous and I'm really happy I picked this place based on the many good references. I definitely be going back! I'd give this salon a 10 + if I could!

I have been going to this salon since it opened in little Phlox! I have always had great experiences. I love that when I want a change with my hair and don't know what I want to do the ladies there find something fashion forward that is fresh and amazing! If your looking for a higher end salon look and feel this is your place! Plus they are always running awesome deals and specials!
Worst experience with a hair salon in my life. I'll never return here. I called ahead to make an appointment, girl on the phone asked if I wanted to schedule a trial run. I asked if it was important and she said we could just wing it the day of. So I went there to get my hair styled the day of my wedding, shared multiple photos of the style I wanted. The girl continously did an awful job, not even styling my hair the way it looked in any of the photos I showed her. She asked her coworker to start on my maid of honor and I jokingly said something about the fact that it was taking a while with my hair and she said, "that's why the trial run is so important." well, thank you for being rude! Maybe if someone had emphasized the importance of this "trial run," I would have scheduled it. after a terrible experience and having my 2 year old daughter get accused of stealing, I left and had to fix my hair myself. I deeply regret ever stepping foot in this salon and handing over so much money for a completely unsatisfying experience.
This is a great place to go for a nice, affordable haircut. Great conversation, warm atmosphere, front door parking, and it's easy to get an appointment when you need one. I will definitely get my hair done here again. They also cut kids' hair, and family trims are convenient.
