Wow! I'd never tried Indian food from a food truck before and was a bit skeptical. However, I'm glad I gave it a shot. We ordered Butter Chicken with a spice level of 6. It took about 15 minutes, which was fine because we knew it would be fresh. When we got our order, they provided everything we needed to eat in the car, and the Butter Chicken was piping hot! On top of that, it was absolutely delicious. The service was amazing too!
If you drive by this place and you LIKE Indian food, you're blowing it / missing out so hard! This place is delicious..I live in the Bay Area and this place is better than the places near where I live and there are 4 that I can walk to in 10 mounted from my house. Went with tandoori chicken (spicy), veg korma (spicy), 2 samosasn and roti ($1 each w/ tandoori)

Very good spot! I didn't think I would find top-quality indian food off of I-10, but here we are. Nice picnic tables and they are well oriented to have lunchtime shade.
One of the best indian food on I10, probably across the United States. The butter chicken was just out of this world thank you team and the Chef is just amazing. God bless.
I got tired of the regular truck stop food and spotted Tandoori Flame while I was fueling at the Pilot Truck Stop. I parked, walked over, and ordered Chicken Biryani and an order of Veg Samosa. The food was absolutely delicious, the price was very, very reasonable for the amount you get. The gentleman was very polite, and my food was made fresh within 10 minutes.
I am very pleased and will definitely remember this spot for sure.
Delicious restaurant quality Indian food from a food truck. Loved the garlic naan. Great flavor for Palak Paneer even though I ordered mild spice.
You are going to be pleasantly surprised. Scores of years back when we took road trips, finding a veg restaurant, was hard, even at a sit down restaurant,.fast forward to 2024...here at a truck stop in Tonopah, next to the Pilot truck stop is the Tandoori flame food truck. An East Indian food truck...what a surprise.
My son and I were able to order some delicious veg food and sit in the bench with our dog, and thoroughly enjoy the food. Their Mix Prantha is fantastic.
Food was freshly prepared right in front of you , very courteous staff. We hit the truck at noon , it was busy, and yet they ensured we got our food on time. The food was soo good, we even ordered "to go" for the night dinner.
Who would have thought, getting indian food would be easy and that too so yummy on a east west freeway in the USof A.
This is why our country is called "The land of opportunity". Best wishes to them for making an all out effort to keep this running.
