I had a relatively good experience here tonight. I thought the food was excellent and the server was accommodating, but the service was slow. And I found an insect crawling around my table. From that, I question the cleanliness of the restaurant itself. Take it for what it's worth.
I loved my dining experience at Tandoor! I came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday party and it was a great dining experience. The food was delicious— I got the butter chicken (Chicken Makhani) with medium heat and it was perfectly rich with just enough spiciness to it. I hardly ever take leftovers home from restaurants but I definitely did from Tandoor, and they provided us with really sturdy to-go containers for our leftovers. The service was great— the waitresses were attentive and handled our party of twelve very well. They also offered us a few appetizers and the most delicious mango ice cream on the house (as we did have a rather large party and it was for a special occasion). All in all, I really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be back!
Wow. This place has both better prices and quality than nearby India Palace and Bombay House. I was shocked how good everything tastes and the large portion sizes. 2 entrees and a Naan platter fed 4 adults with leftovers. Plus they brought out free ice cream at the end.
Excellent food, service and atmosphere! This is not your typical Indian restaurant. It’s very spacious quiet without loud Bollywood videos being played. The service was fast and attentive. We had Lamb Coconut Kosher Korma, Butter Chicken, and Lamb Vindaloo. Each were delicious and the garlic naan was freshly baked and hot! The level of spice was perfect too. My new favorite in Utah Valley!
It is one of the most overhyped restaurants.
We were asked to wait for 25 mins due to waiting. Once we finally got our turn. Only 4 tables had guests, and most of their staff was just chit chatting.
After placing the order, it took them 45 mins to get our food, and even then, they served us soggy, partially heated food and chilli chicken was sticking bad as if it was cooked few days ago and someone just through it in microwave and served us.
This place is a beautiful setup from inside but one of the worst indian foods i have ever tried.

Super clean and elegant interior. The service was excellent, we were seated right away and they came for our order quickly. The food was also excellent, and came in very large portions appropriate for the price. At the very end they gave us mango ice cream and rice pudding to try, and even offered to give us more rice for our leftovers. The leftover boxes were really nice too, so we didn't have to worry about losing food or breaking the boxes. Overall an amazing experience and great food. We will be eating here again!
Had a ladies lunch here today and it was so delicious! Our server was wonderful, attentive but not pushy! The food was prepared quickly and some of the best Indian food I’ve had. We tried the coconut korma and the butter chicken and both were so yummy. The atmosphere is so pleasant, and felt so fancy but the prices were totally affordable. Would definitely recommend Tandoor Indian Cuisine for a nice date night or any occasion!
