Firstly, I asked for a number 4 pedicure with a french. I got a number 2 with French... During the process of preparing for my french, I felt that she cut and tore into my big toe higher than my cuticle, it was buring. Eventually i asked her so why did she give me a number 4, like I asked etc, then they just said no they did give it to me, so i reasoned it out and they gave me a watered down version of a number 4, not even sorry for it, so because I was so vocal about it she rushed the "number 4" by massaging lotion into my legs and a lukewarm "hot towel". Manager witnessed all this happening and didn't even say anything. Everything went well until the end.
Amazing Service!! We got $20 manicures (without polish), and pedicures. My nails are so soft and the attention to detail is incredible. Very kind people and a very nice place.
Horrible. I went a couple weeks ago and the guy drilled my nails so thin, they hurt. Horrible! Then I tried another nail tech on a different day and she was extremely rude. Instead of being kind and showing good customer service she spent the first 15 mins trying to upsell me even after I told her I was not interested. I wanted acrylic and she tried to upsell me to pay more for a different service. She was so aggressive I decided to just get basic service without acrylic so I could get out of there. I was so uncomfortable and the more I resisted the more she talked about me in her native tongue. It's really ignored to think others are not fluent in your language. I sat there and listened to her insult me and call me names to her coworker next to her. Instead of confronting her regarding her behavior I decided to write this review and let others know to beware. I wish I got her name because there are other workers there that are nice and decent. But just make sure they respect you as a human being and paying customers when you go there. I will not be returning ever!
I have used the salon a couple of times. None of the times have been wow amazing. But this last time I used them was awful. I got my nails done january 17th. I went back yesterday January 30 to have 2 of my nails fixed. The gentleman that did my nails on the 17th was there so he fixed them again but terrible. He rushed through and barley filed leaving the nails crooked and left excess on the tips of my finger. Today I noticed another two nails were cracked and my middle finger completely broken, real nail and sns broken off. For the price they charge they should last MUCH longer than a week.
The technician was friendly but he definitely did not take his time. This was literally the fastest pedicure I have ever had and I chose the "Deluxe". The nail salon I normally go to, and get basically the same pedicure that was described on the menu, takes anywhere from an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. Not here!! I was in and out in a little less than 30 minutes. Needless to say, the foot and leg massage did not last long. It wasn't crowded, so there was no need for the technician to rush through my service. My heels are still just as tough as they were when I went in. So, if you want to throw away 45.00, this is definitely the place to do it. I will say that the polish looks decent, and as I said in the beginning, he was friendly. I prefer for someone to take their time, let me relax and make me feel like I am getting my money's worth! Lesson learned.
Bad attitude! I asked the lady that did my full set to fix the clump of nail polish on 2 fingers and she complained I was being picky and denied me a pedicure. Not to mention she burned my cuticle twice with the drill. My thumbs are very uneven and the nail polish looks like I had the polish on for a whole week. The lady that did my nails was the rudest nail tech. Then over charged me for the full set. The finished nails look like someone in grade school shaped and painted them. This place is a joke! I do not recommend this place. Please save your money and go to a highly rated place there is a reason for 3.5 rating!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It was my birthday and they rushed through my pedicure and nails. I paid $115 for there to still be dead skin on my feet and for my nails to look like they need a fill 3 days later. They didn’t massage my feet and when I left my hands were ashy from the acrylic residue. I will never go back here.
Asked for the $30 pedicure. My polish was not completely taken off so I ended up with 2 colors—looked bad. Charged more than on price sheet then waited for me to give her a tip-showing me the notice asking for cash tip. I will never go back. Very disappointed. That was my second visit and said I would not go back first time. Sorry I gave them another chance.
