The food was really tasty! Obviously we couldn’t wait to eat before I got photos of it. Pretty small inside and only one bathroom but they did a great job with the space and there is a nice atmosphere. Glad there is a restaurant like this in Kasson now.
Cool, small place. It was my first time there. We had fish and shrimp for dinner. I had baked fish as I don't like a lot of batter. My sister in law had deep fried fish, and my granddaughter had the shrimp. We all enjoyed our choices.
It was busy, but the service was prompt and attentive.
Waitress was awesome. Food was good. Only issue was loud drunks at the bar. Many F bombs loud enough we heard at the other end of the restaurant. Young child there with a different family exposed to this behaviour. Bartender / Owner seemed to be just as loud. Won't be back.
BBQ pulled pork was tasty but the bun bottom so soggy I had to eat with a fork. Split pea soup was a little too thick. Vulgar framed joke by bathrooms not for young eyes and bordering on tasteless.
Amazing food and service, great menu and awesome drinks, it’s so sad to see some people leave bad reviews because they couldn’t get a take out order because no one answered the phone, stop by there and you will see the staff is running around trying to take care of the customers who are there, it is crazy busy give them a break.
I have to be honest, I haven't tried anything other than the battered fried shrimp and fries but it's so incredibly delicious (and perfectly cooked everytime) that I can't bring myself to order anything else! The service has always been amazing. Whether it's in the middle of the afternoon (less busy) or it's lunch/dinner rush and the tables are completely full, the service is the outstanding and the staff is always friendly. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!
This place has the best experience I've had at a restaurant in ages! Not only was the food good, and the atmosphere lively, our server was OVER THE TOP kind and attentive to us. If I'm going to recommend a place to go for a meal with friends or family (even though I live 2 hours away), I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Great food and atmosphere. Only 4 stars because the chairs and benches weren't very comfortable. The bench was a bit high and the chairs lower than the bench.
