Faithfully, I've been coming to this tamale spot since 2010! Her tamales de Rajas always HIT! her champurrado! Pfftt forget about it!!! Sooo GOOD! This tamale lady is always poppin! Her tamales i'd travel for no matter what. I even recommend her to my homies who moved to pilsen or are near the area. RESPECT THE HUSTLE! get here early or miss out she def a Hidden Gem. ♡

I have been a loyal buyer for so long but the past three times I bought the tamale dough (masa) was completely RAW!! I don’t know what happened but it seems like she’s so care free on how she cooks them now!!! Completely UNEDIBLE!!! ????
The best tamales you can get. I love the pork and chicken ones with green sauce. The strawberry tamales are also very delicious. reasonable at $2/each.

I had my first authentic tamale in my life today my co-workers were kind enough to share and then I ordered my own later on in the day and I will definitely be ordering first thing in the morning I have never had anything that was jalapeno before have always been nervous about it don't really do spicy food but that jalapeno was so excellent and also the red one I am looking forward to the return on tomorrow thank you Miss tamale lady???????? I highly recommend this spot to get your 100% authentic. Tamales????‼️‼️
