What Happened to the Flan?????
Ordered 1 flan for $4.63 only to find out its the same flan you can get @ Wal-Mart...and there it only costs $3.47 for a 6 pack! I understand prices have increased but to buy something for $.60 and sell it for a 700% increase is absolutely absurd...This alone has made today my last time I will ever order from this store again. Unfortunate...
Excellent and Fast service. I'm so glad we went. We were in dire need of tamales in our lives. Got the red and green tamales. Both were just enough spice the green a little spicier but still delicous! Thanks for the great food!
We tried the breakfast burrito, carne asada fries, chicken taco plate, green chile tamale, taco pizza and the beef tacos all were delicious! The green chile was definitely hotter than expected so, if you're looking for mild I would definitely not suggest the green chile. I love the fact that its a full menu especially at midnight, but drive thru only!
Food was amazing, salsa has a great flavor just a touch too spicy for my liking, but i still ate them lol. Overall great, will be coming back
If I could give them a ZERO, I would. I was tired after working a 12 hour shift as a nurse. I sat in their turtle paced drive-thru to get a burrito for dinner. I drove home which is pretty far from this location, to find out they put very hot chili in my burrito when I asked for mild. I called and the lady who identified herself as the manager said they would replace it. She took my phone number down and said to give my number when I came back. Well, today, I drove out of my way to come back for my replacement burrito and the 3 rude clerks in the restaurant said they didn't have any record of it, no name, no number, nothing. This one really rude girl kept saying, "I'm sorry," very dismissively. My take on this? I was told a lie by the manager, that she would make a record of this so I could come back for a replacement. I drove a long way to get over here, and then, on top of this, these clerks attitudes humiliated and upset me. Then, one girl asked, " WOULD YOU STILL LIKE TO ORDER SOMETHING??" They don't get it. I won't be back. I've been a good customer and my family, too, ordering lots of their food even tho their prices keep going up and up and up. Their food isn't that good, it's greasy and chinsy for what we used to pay a year ago, now it's practically doubled in price. The burrito I frequently bought used to be $5, and now it's $8. Not worth it.
These guys need better packaging. Every time delivered with broken styrofoam containers and sauce spilled everywhere
We had Tamale Kitchen cater delivery food for my Dad's life celebration service this last Saturday all our family and friends loved the food and The Tamale Kitchen gave us plenty of food for 250 people thank you Juan for helping out giving us that 10% discount we definitely loved all the food. we give them a five star hands down
I went in the drive thru line and it was slow but I think their was an issue with someone's order because as soon as the person at the window drove off the line went very fast. Maybe bec they had time to get all the orders ready while handing what ever issue the pwrsons at the window had. I cannot believe tamales are $3.50 each now. But a half dozen is $10.50, you can do the math im sure, except they still have tamale Tuesday. So I recommend going then as they are only $1.30. Usually they are delicious but this time they were soggy and under cooked. I was slightly disappointed. But they did change my order without complaint and it didn't hold up the line so that was a plus.
