Taste like home! If you have been on the search for the best Haitian food in Orlando, you can thank me now!! I’m telling you this place has the freshest food in town! As you walk in you already feel like you in Haiti with their vibes!! I struggled with what to order because everything is sooo good. They even make my favorite, Cremas!!! They also are on Postmates and DoorDash, very rare for a Haitian restaurant!! They also offer everything on the menu!! If you Haitian, you know what I mean when you have to ask what’s on the menu today lol I’m from Miami and I can never find Haitian food this good in Orlando!
Food was really good and this was my first time ordering from this Haitian restaurant. We did a big order and we were waiting for a long time and Ms Marie gave my boys free drinks while we waited. Next time we'll do a phone order and there will be another time there's a lots of dinner choices.
Went there once, food wasn't that good. Decided to go back and it's worse. Absolutely no taste. I got "duri blan, sos pwa" and fish. I'm going to assume that the beans were still cooking? Because how can someone be Haitian and can't make good sos pwa? It was watery and bland. The worst I've had so far. Even the white rice was bad. I got fish (wrong fish but took it anyway); boiled fish and I tried my best to eat it but i just couldn't. Worst ever! Cafe Creole is more expensive but I'll stick with them. At least you know you'll enjoy your food! I'm not ever trying this again!
The food is great. I had the legume and my husband had the fried goat. The entrees came with rice and plantine. The service was pleasant. Make sure you ring the bell for service. It is more of a carry out restaurant but you can sit down and enjoy your meal too. I will be back again!
I must say this restaurant look unappealing, bathroom was dirty, and just the entire environment wasn’t pleasant. It was like entering in some old basement or garage. Sorry this this restaurant represent Haitian people’s food and truly this is not how it should be. I’m Haitian and that’s embarrassing. The place looks so dirty and I do not recommend. We drove there just to leave and get food at polo chicken that’s literally seven mins away and it have really good Haitian food or check kalalou. They serve good food and the place is clean. Don’t settle for this kind of environment.????????
Service is ok. I find them pretty fast, with the two experiences I've had with them. As for the quality of the food, obviously it's subjective to one's taste. However I also find it ok for what I had a chance to taste from them. I give them better grade for prompt service. Courtesy could have been a bit better. For instance, with good customer relation they could make you aware and perhaps try other items they have within the restaurant. So I found it a bit lacking on that front.
Delicious, definitely getting more than what you paid for!
I think that the owner is very polite. She smiled at me when I walked in and asked "How can I help you"? The few Haitian resturaunts that I've been in is open buffet so I see what I want to order. A strange thing... No open buffet nor menu, so how would I (someone who know very little about Haitian food) know what I am ordering? The resturaunt is pretty outdated and quiet dim inside. Maybe some extra lighting and soft music will be more inviting???? Please make some menus for your customers.
