Came in to try this Toms and ordered the usual French toast breakfast with sausage and scrambled egg.
The eggs and sausage were on point as usual, but today, the French toast were bland. They seemed just bread dipped in a small amount of egg with no cinnamon.
Besides that, the restroom being out of service isn't good at all at a restaurant .
Kinda disappointed with this visit and will not be returning to this location, but I will try the other tams.
Food was delicious and service was very friendly. Really enjoyed the meal. Thank you!
This place is in my old neighborhood of South Central LA. I ate here quite often back in the day.
My sister and I decided to sit and eat after church this particular Sunday.
It's a typical hamburger stand. You order your food, they call your number, your food is placed on a tray, and you carry it to your table.
My food was good. Ham and cheese combo comes with fries and drink.
I gave the atmosphere a three, only because of some of the customers. Hey, but it's my old neighborhood, and I'm going to stand by it.
I have been going to this town's location since I was in my young years and the food that I had on this particular day was still amazing! The food tasted the same. I had my daughter, her baby daddy, one of his friends, myself and my two grandsons ages 3.5 and 2. I had the turkey burger, the baby daddy and his friend shared something called colossal something, I don't remember what my daughter had and my grandsons had the chicken tenders and the fries, and they devoured the freeze LOL. I have been going to Tam's since the 80s and I still go there when I come to Los Angeles
I always go in the drive-threw. Atmosphere is a 1 star because the drive threw road is all messed up. Needs fixing. The food is 3/5 or 4/5. Depends on what time of the day you go. I hope they are not using reused oil because sometimes it taste different than other times. The service is always great 5/5. All the people who have attended me throughout 10 plus years of me going have always been polite.
Great for quick bite to eat for they get your order to you quickly. Reasonable prices
I eat here at least 3 times a week. I love the people and the food!!!
Mistake going there. No restroom, not eneb to wash your hands. People have attitude and food is tasty at all.
