Best WLM Reviews
The lack of empathy and kindness experienced at this place is unreal. On 032324 at 615 pm a group of friends went to visit here. We were are sober starting our evening. One of our friends has physical challenges that affect his ability to walk without a slight gait. As soon as we walked in, within seconds, the doorman told him " I am not dealing with this tonight you need to leave!". We were all confused and thought he was making a sick and inappropriate joke at the expense of our friend. Our friend does not drink! He repeated himself and told him to leave again. I told him he was not drunk and he said to leave without asking any questions. Terrible customers service on so many levels. Turning someone away because of a physical disability is unreal! I will never be back. We are locals to the area and will let everyone know what horrible and despicable customer service we received. The doorman should be terminated!
Taller, black short haired bartender was extremely rude. Interesting being rude to tourists since this town thrives on its tourists, especially the service industry. This is my first review on anything, so you know it was bad enough to compel me to take time out of my day to mention her. Cool bar though.
Me and the guys out in Crested Butte on a snowboarding trip. Decided to stop by here to have some beers and hang out and talk. Nice bar, fun atmosphere, nice bartender, and there was even a local dog hanging out inside the bar which made the place seem homey and welcoming. I’m sure we will see you guys again next time we’re out on a snowboarding trip.
The spirit of Crested Butte is alive and thriving at this nostalgic bar. A local atmosphere for friendly people only. Dogs welcomed?
Perfect dive bar in a ski town. Great specials and friendly bartenders. This will be a staple for future visits
Bartender will just skip your songs you paid for on the jukebox, had a friend and I pay $8 towards songs and he skipped all but two. Mind you there is a rule about nothing slow after 8 I believe… these songs were not slow.
He instead played Phish for an entire hour. I’d recommend heading to another bar after the first beer.
Emma U. Manager has great personality, atmosphere is awesome
The Talk of the Town is a great traditional ski town local bar. Two floors with pool tables, some video games and jukebox.
