We had the best tacos, hands down! While driving by, we stopped at Tacos Fuentes for a quick snack. Both the tacos and burritos were amazing! The cheese tortillas, deliciously marinated beef, and thinly cut vegetables made for a fantastic meal. I'm tempted to return to Douglas just to savor this incredible food once more. The owner of the food cart was exceptionally friendly and kept asking us if we liked the food. We can't thank him enough for serving us the best tacos we've ever eaten!
This was impressive. I love Mexican food, and had to try the top rated place in Douglas. It is easy to see why. The food is so unique. I had a pepper stuffed on a taco shell. And it wasn't crazy spicy. Yummy! Tried several items and my mouth is salivating it was so good.
It just reafirms that the best food really does come from food trucks!!! Thank you Richard!
Fantastico!!!! Not only are there wonderful flavor combinations in some deliciously inventive tacos (try the loko and the ta-keso!), but Ricardo is a genuine and kind man who puts his heart and soul into his culinary creations and is clearly following his dreams by sharing them with us all. Thank you for this tasty experience!
I'm tempted to start a blog, 'taco truck travels' I eat at so many taco trucks. Oregon California Idaho Washington. Etc.
These tacos at Takos Fuentes were the best anywhere.
So the owner asked for feedback, so thought better here so everyone gets to hear. Best tacos I've had in a while. I had three, left hungry so more a snack than a meal. That said the Asada was good in all of them. The Loka was fire, literally and I'm glad I ate it last because my taste buds were overwhelmed by the ???? throwing deliciousness. The picture is the Loka, a flame-roasted chili stuffed with Asada and cheese.
My favorite was the Ta-Keso tortilla layered with grilled cheese and Asada. Don't know where he got the crazy names, but I name them excellent.
Awesome torta special! Took a chance and was rewarded. Nice little park with picnic tables to eat. A winner.
These tacos are as delicious as they are unique!!! The Loco taco and Ta-Keso are must haves. Order the horchata, too.
Delicious tacos. Amazing food truck. Really nice local owner. Highly recommend.
