Scrumptious Greek cuisine cooked up by the hard-working staff at Takis Pizza House II, will not disappoint! For my second visit, I opted for the chicken Alfredo pizza with a side order of deep fried pickles, which were thickly sliced, perfectly sized and breaded to perfection. It definitely surpassed my expectations. Very easy to see why this establishment ranks in the top 10% of Eustis area restaurants.
I ordered a small vesuvio pizza tonight which is basically the same as a margherita pizza (which has no meat or sauce, all basic ingredients) so I added chicken and garlic. The chicken was an extra $5 and the garlic was an extra $1.75. I think an extra $7 is outrageous. For $2 more, you can get the chicken alfredo pizza. I think they could have at least warned me over the phone or steered me to a pizza that already had chicken and altered the toppings. But they did neither. I paid $25 total for a single person pizza. Terrible customer service and a rip off. And the pizza's just aight.
Ya know how tex mex is the USA version of Mexican this is the Italian equivalent. Garlic bread on grocery store rolls??? An soupy lasagna? Nothing tasted bad but nothing was right either
This was our first visit to this Takis restaurant. We have been to the one in Lady Lake and loved it and this visit was no different. Food was AMAZING! Two of us had the small plate and STILL took home leftovers. Food was piping hot and absolutely delicious! Our waitress was very attentive and friendly.. a wonderful dining experience.. thank you
We ate dinner there for the first time. It was ok. Not anything to write home about. We tried their lasagna, and quite honestly, I have had better. The salad was really good, which came with the meal along with garlic bread. For an appetizer, we had fried pepperoni. It was excellent. For desert, we had what was called cheeze Cake Factory chocolate cheeze cake. I have been to the Cheeze Factory, and this was not from there. The portion was very small compared to cheeze Cake Factory.
If we go there again, we try their pizza.
The spinach pie for $9.95 was small, presentation was non- existent with two black olives. Should have been 2 pies with some kind of embellishment like a small salad. My husband's pita was stale and dry. Our server was less than efficient and welcoming. Other servers were very friendly. Probably won't go back.
The best food ever other than mine I was expecting family and I ordered a lot of food and every one love it ???? my nephew is a picky eater and he didn't hesitate to eat his pizza was that good thanks.
I came here a few weeks ago and got a pizza after reading the reviews and seeing how packed the place gets. I figured if it does that much business, it has to have good food! Boy, was I wrong and apparently a lot of people have bad taste in food. Definitely one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. I'm not sure if whoever made it was just having a bad day or what, but it was so bad I just kind of ate the toppings off of it and threw the rest of the crust out. I don't believe in wasting food, but I honestly didn't know what else to do with it. I thought about calling and complaining, but I didn't want another pizza from here so I didn't bother.
