Best WLM Reviews
We came in for lunch right as they opened. Very friendly staff, from greater to servers. We had calamari appetizer and it was delicious. Perfectly cooked and seemed fresh. Then my wife had the angel roll (best of what we ordered) and o had the American dream and spicy salmon. The dream was ok but not great and I'll skip spicy salmon next time. Overall everything seemed very fresh and tasted great.
Came in to celebrate my birthday! The food was awesome. The music was great. Our server kept forgetting our drinks and silverware. The steak wasn’t prepared correctly but the food was so worth it. Definitely will be returning.
For some unknown reason we sat and waited an extended time. Upon being seated it appeared they were trying to fill the hibachi table. The place was pretty empty during the week. Waiting was not cool with kids needing to get to bed on time. Didn't happen. The food was very salty. My scallops were tender. Host was not the most cordial. They did sing happy birthday for a person in our party which was nice. Habachi items start at $18 and go to $30+. Meat and seafood are all cooked in close proximity and little effort was made to keep them apart. Fire display scared the 5 year old...he knew it was coming and hid. Overall not real impressed but okay. Service and food are the priority to make a good experience.
Came by to have lunch with coworkers. It was a Thursday and it wasn't busy at all. I think this was the third or fourth time coming for lunch. The edamame appetizer was great. Everyone else had hibachi, and really enjoyed it. I had the Sushi A with a spicy tuna roll. The presentation was awesome, everything tasted great, and was very filling. Definitely recommend and would come back again. What you get for the price is great.
Took a friend for her birthday. The food was delicious. I had the salmon and she had the salmon and chicken. It was a great time.
Been coming here for years and never disappoints. Friday night and we were seated in 5 minutes. Great service and food either go for the hibachi experience but we chose to sit at a table for sushi. Sushi boat was great but the Hawaiian tuna appetizer was tasty but very small even for one person. If it’s your birthday they brought out a free desert with a nice birthday song to go along with it ????save room for the fried ice cream.
Food is good but the portion size for takeout is insane for $25. They give so much protein (which is great) but BARELY any rice to go with it and that’s the best part of hibachi. I just think we should at least get more rice for that price.
Nice ambiance, delicious food and the espresso martini was amazing.
The two only complaints I have are:
The chairs are ridiculously too low in the hibachi area!
So when you sit down, you're basically at / above your chest level.
I have never had to reach up and kind of 'over' to my plate of food.
✅ I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRINGING A PERSONAL PILLOW OR CUSHION TO SIT ON!!
The second concern is not that serious, but because we are paying for this food/service: please ensure as a cook, that you are giving all customers the same and equal amount of food on their plates.
My friend and another guest received completely disproportionately sizes helpings.
We also noticed that the men were given more food portions than all of the women seated. I don't know if that is customary at this particular establishment... But I have never seen that before.
Some of us were not happy with that, considering that we were all paying an equal price.
Besides that- I enjoyed my experience and will be back.
