Best WLM Reviews
I was disappointed with my visit to Taj Mahal Restaurant. The Chicken Biryani and Goat Biryani lacked flavor, and the Dal Masoor was bland. The Alo Keema was overly greasy and not appetizing. Overall, a disappointing experience.
Taj Mahal Restaurant was a complete letdown. The Chicken Biryani and Goat Biryani were tasteless and dry. The Dal Masoor was bland and watery, while the Alo Keema was an oily, inedible mess. Overall, the food was dreadful, and I won't be returning.
If there were option - I would have given zero star. Never experienced such UNHEALTHY and WORST FOOD and that too with such a high price.
NOT RECOMMENDED IN ANY CONDITION.
I don’t know how food safety regulatory board allows such restaurants to operate. Wastage of money and health. This is not something expected in a country like the States.
Great spot to try Indian food when you're in Niagara. Tried the samosas here. Also the chutney served on the side is too good.
UNHYGIENIC, UNHEALTHY, WORST FOOD, TOO OVERPRICED.
I am from Chicago and I visited 12 different states and 9 different countries but never experienced this kind of worst food any where.
NOT RECOMMENDED IN ANY CONDITION.
I am surprised that in USA this kind of restaurant exists and still Govt. allow them to operate.
I bet all the good reviews are paid ones.
They provided the worst dining experience I have ever endured. The manager was shockingly rude to every customer, treating inquiries and complaints with outright disdain. This unprofessional behavior created an unpleasant and hostile atmosphere.
The food was equally disappointing. Each dish lacked flavor and freshness, with the naan being tough and chewy, the curry watery, and the rice overcooked and mushy. It was clear that little effort was put into the preparation, making the meal barely edible.
To make matters worse, the prices were exorbitant for the quality of food and service provided. The cost did not justify the tasteless dishes and the terrible treatment we received. It felt like a complete waste of money.
I strongly recommend avoiding Taj Mahal Cuisine. There are far better options where you will be treated with respect and served food that is actually enjoyable. This was a thoroughly miserable experience from start to finish.
Taj Mahal Cuisine at 360 Rainbow Blvd, Niagara Falls, NY, is, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I've ever had. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the manager's appalling attitude set the tone for the evening. They were astonishingly rude to every customer, dismissive of any questions, and completely uninterested in providing decent service.
The food was an even bigger letdown. It lacked any authentic flavor, tasted stale, and seemed like it had been sitting out for hours. The naan was hard and chewy, the curry was watery, and the rice was overcooked. It was clear that no care or effort was put into preparing the dishes, making the meal incredibly disappointing.
Adding insult to injury, the prices were outrageous for what was served. Given the poor quality of the food and the abysmal service, it felt like a complete rip-off. For the price they charge, you would expect at least a decent meal and courteous service, but Taj Mahal Cuisine failed miserably on both fronts.
I strongly advise against dining at Taj Mahal Cuisine. Save your money and find a place where the staff actually values their customers and where the food is worth the price. This was a truly dreadful experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
Walkable from Niagara Falls part of a food court. Good vegetarian options . Average food and good service .
