I've Been going to this shop for My Trucks since 2006 and I've always gotten 1st rate, fast and very efficient service. Jose Guzman is a great mechanic and he's surrounded him self with very competent mechanics and office workers. In the office Belkis and Sandra provide prompt and couteous service. It is a blessing to see such excellence and prompt service in a Diesel shop. Taft Vineland Truck Repair gets You in and out. They push Me back on the road so I can get back to making money!
I would rather take my truck to a shade tree mechanic in the street on the side of autozone before I take it here. At least I know what im getting myself into with the guy on the street. This is the only shop i know of that can never give you a quote or even a rough estimate until after the work is done and then the price is always a tad pricey; which would be ok if I didn't have to bring back my truck a 2+ more times for the same issue and to add insult to injury im being told its my fault and the story gets twisted and turned in a way that its never their fault even when it makes no sense. and then Boss Lady at they desk has no clue about customer service, when she doesnt want to deal with an unhappy customer she dismisses you and tell you to figure it out and acts like you are an inconvenience.It got to the point where i was going to take them to court but I got lucky and someone was watching over me and I got that vehicle replaced so I decided to let it go because Karma is ruthless queen and its only a matter of time .
White Tower Transports has had a terrible experience with this incompetent and crooked shop. We paid them almost $10,000 to do an overhaul on one of our engines. An overhaul REQUIRES you to remove the HEAD and CHECK it for cracks by sending it to the machine shop, check the cylinders and replace all parts in the engine to make it like new again. This shop charged us for an overhaul and never checked the head or the cylinders. In other words, they used the same head on the truck without verifying that it was or wasn't damaged. A couple of months go by and the truck is once again overheating. Well we bring it back to their shop because we suspected something wasn't done right with the overhaul they performed. Inspecting the receipt further, we noticed that they were dumb enough to list that they did an engine overhaul and also wrote that the head and cylinders were not checked. WOW! The head is the FIRST thing you check when you suspect a blown head gasket. These guys pocketed the money and slapped the head back on. In the process of suing them.
We took an Isuzu NPR box truck to this shop for an AC problem. The belt had snapped. This shop lied and said the tensioner was missing and several bolts were missing. sounds fishy right. long story short we had to pay 600 bucks to replace a part that was not missing to begin with. We needed the work done over the weekend is why we were stuck with this shop. They also increased their estimate several times.
When i called the Lady who answered the phone was boorish and completely dismissive of my concerns. TERRIBLE SHOP DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.
THIS SHOP IS VERY SHADY, WHEN CALLING FOR AN UPDATE GET TOLD WILL GET CALL BACK AND NEVER DO THEN WHEN YOU CALL BACK NO ANSWER. YOU GET LEFT IN THE DARK ON WHATS GOING ON WITH YOUR HIGH DOLLAR EQUIPMENT YOU BRING. I RECOMMEND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP AND FIND ONE MORE REPITABLE. THE LADY WHO ANSWERS THE PHONES DOES NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND EVIDENTLY CLUELESS ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS AT THIS LOCATION BUT WONT LET YOU SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WHO DOES. WORKING FOR A COMPANY WITH HUGE FLEET WILL NOT SEND ANY OF OUR TRUCKS TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Reasonable. Price repairs for truckers in n out same day depends on your issues with your truck. Also they do DOT there too $80 ...
Do notttt go to this place unless you want to get ripped off, very unprofessional very rude people they take for ever to fix a simple problem and nobody can tell you any status of your truck, its like everbody is lost, i dont understand how they want customers to come back with that kind of service and prices.
