My grandpa was friends with Mike a long time ago and he recently passed and entrusted me with his GTO. This car means the world to me and I know grandpa trusted him to take care of it so I brought it to Mike. Had it in and out in less than 2 days. Works perfectly and charged fairly. I had trouble with my transmission while driving down the 40 going through Kingman. luckily I found these guys because they helped me out and went above and beyond and got me back on the road in no time. I really appreciate Mike's help He's the owner. Mike is a master mechanic. I am also a master mechanic, so I appreciate it when I find an honest,quality mechanic and I want to let everyone know.

Went in for motor mounts replacement which I was quoted to be a four and a half hour job by another business and Taflans said they could do it in one day. So I put it in their shop and halfway through the day got a phone call saying it was going to cost me over $800 when their labor prices were $105 an hour. Needed my car so I paid the price. But then today, asked about an a/c recharge and they said $180 and then came in a few hours later, to have them tell me that it was going to cost me a "couple grand" to fix it. Went online to find out that it SHOULD COST LESS THAN $700 LABOR AND PARTS!! Had to pay $156 to get my car back BUT WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE BACK TO THEM!!!
I’ve been going to Taflans for about 10 years. Mike is honest and very competent. Always gets the car running in a reasonable time. My boy bought a car he fixed from him and he never had a problem with it. He’s been around for a long time for a reason. I never buy a car until he looks at it.
Absolutely, a bunch of professionals. Mike, the owner, was a generous and great guy. Jerry, a mechanic, was a great recommendation. And Doug reassured me the professionalism that their shop represented. Great guys! Mike told me he could help me with my jeep as I was passing through from California to the east coast. Within the same day, within 2 hours, and some great pricing I was back on the road and ready to continue my journey. Thank you guys!
