I usually order a few items constantly and the food is always hot a delicious. My main reason for this review is to give a shout out for the man at the drive through window. He is always very pleasant and courteous. Our food is out very fast, so everyone inside is doing a great job.
They are always so friendly! You can't go wrong with the Casita Burrito, stuffed mexi fries or anything else! I'm so thankful we have a Taco Time! I remember the family running it when I was a kid. ❤️
The young lady that was working in the drive through the last time I went there was very snarky and seem to be very disgruntled by my asking for napkins. The building itself is extremely outdated, the heating and cooling system seems to be practically non-existent as it is hot in there all year round with the summertime being unbearable in there. I feel so sorry for the people that work there at that time of year. One of the biggest flaws is the bathroom being on the outside of the building, it's a little odd but that's not the issue. The issue is you have to walk through the drive-thru traffic in order to get into the bathroom. Talk about dangerous!
The cashier tonight, Bailey (i think) asked us to leave him a bad review because he's "trying to get fired." Leaving a review to document this in case it helps the business be able to fire him and hopefully not have him collect unemployment.
This was the worst Taco time I've ever been to. The place seem run down the burrito was stuff full of beans the crispy meat burrito wasn't crispy at all was basically a waste of money and the employees outside smoking against the dumpster didn't make me feel any better about it
The insides of everything was delicious but there is a really gross raw flour smell on the soft tortillas.
Food is always hot and fast and still quality unlike taco smell
My personal favorite burrito place in roseburg second only to Romulito's. The lobby could use an update it's been the same since the 90's.
