Good place to eat and they have a salsa and veggie bar. Good size tacos and have plenty of meat! I was stuffed with 3!
Incredible tacos. Just one block from the popular El Paisa, on the corner of Bancroft and 47th, this family run taco cart cranks out super high quality tacos, of all varieties, in a nice outdoor setting, with some of the friendliest taqueros I've ever met. Named after a tough working-class neighborhood in the southern Mexico City district near Santa Maria Tepepan, a place not unlike this great East Oakland stand.
Their Suadero tacos, obviously cooked by a Master chef, are something that El Paisa better beware of, because they are in danger of losing their crown to Xochimilco.
Fantastic tacos, fantastic people highly recommended.

Huge delicious tacos, very full of meat! The business is in the driveway of a residence so you just park where you can nearby. I love the pickled veggies and salsa bar they have, very generous.
Cheaper and loaded with meat. But no comparison to Paisa down the street. This truck is almost in someone's driveway and can't really eat there. Friendly service, decent tacos but with so many options in Oakland, worth exploring others
Don Rafa has been here for years now. He's very friendly, if you speak Spanish be sure to strike up a conversation. Recommend his burritos in particular, along with his pambazos (he's from the Xochimilco area in CDMX, so they're the real deal). Takes both cash and card/Apple Pay, etc.
Can't find any lower price for a great tasting tacos, great food and selection of variety of meats, I personally started with asada tacos and try them all, and for me buche and sudaderos make the trick, not to mention burritos, yum, yum, yum!!!
Best tacos I’ve had in East Oakland, the água de frutas is also delicious and refreshing, definitely coming back
Its so good, if you want cheap tacos here is the place.
